Claims (23)
- 陸上車両用のホイールアセンブリであって、
その内面によってキャビティを閉囲するエンベロープ構造を備えるタイヤを備え、
前記エンベロープ構造は、円周方向表面を有する外側の路面係合側面と、前記路面係合側面と一体でありかつ前記路面係合側面から延在する対向する側壁とを備え、
前記側壁は、前記側壁の自由端によって、前記タイヤがそれによってホイールハブに接続可能である前記タイヤの内側のリム係合側面を画定するホイールアセンブリにおいて、
前記対向する側壁のそれぞれは、前記路面係合側面と前記リム係合側面との間に延在し、かつ、実質的にV字形断面を有する少なくとも1つの溝の形態の表面レリーフを画定する表面パターンを備え、
前記側壁のそれぞれは、前記側壁にわたって所定の剛性パターンで構成されるホイールアセンブリ。 - 前記剛性パターンは前記V字形溝の頂部におけるタイヤの領域で比較的小さい剛性を備え、したがって比較的高い可撓性を備えており、および、前記路面係合側面をそれぞれ有する前記溝と前記タイヤの前記リム係合側面との間の接続によって画定される角を備える請求項1に記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記剛性パターンは、前記路面係合側面に近い前記溝の外側面と前記タイヤの前記リム係合側面に近い前記溝の内側面内でそれぞれタイヤの異なる剛性を備える請求項1または2に記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記溝の前記内側面および前記外側面の少なくとも一方は、前記少なくとも一方の側面に所望の剛性を提供するように構成された支持構造を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記支持構造は、前記溝の少なくとも一方の側面に埋め込まれ、かつ、前記タイヤの半径方向および円周方向軸の少なくとも一方に沿って延在する支持要素の列を備える請求項4に記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記路面係合側面は、前記タイヤの円周方向軸に沿って所定の剛性を有するように構成される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記路面係合側面は、そこに埋め込まれた支持要素の列を備える請求項6に記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記剛性パターンは、前記路面係合側面に近い前記溝の外側面および前記リム係合側面に近い前記溝の内側面の少なくとも一方の厚さを変動させることによって形成されるパターンを備える請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記タイヤは、複数の支持要素によって形成される耐荷重配列上に支持され、相隔たる要素の第1の列および相隔たる要素の第2の列を備え、前記列のそれぞれにある要素は円錐台構造を共に画定し、前記2つの円錐台構造は、一方の構造の要素が他の構造の要素にぴったりと接合する交差領域において互いに交差する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の列の要素および前記第2の列の要素は実質的に同じである請求項9に記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記耐荷重配列は、前記タイヤの前記路面係合側面を支え、前記2つの円錐台構造は前記タイヤの前記2つの対向する側壁に付随する、請求項9または10に記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 要素の2つの列の交差領域は、前記要素のそれぞれについて、前記交差領域から前記タイヤの前記路面係合側面に向かって延在する第1のセグメントおよび実質的に反対方向に延在する第2のセグメントを画定し、前記要素の第1のセグメントは前記タイヤに付随し、前記要素の第2の部分はホイールハブに付随する請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記要素は、湾曲した側面プロファイルを有するように構成される請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記交差領域の一方の面で各要素について画定される各要素の第1のセグメントおよび他方の面で画定される第2のセグメントは、実質的に平行な相隔たる平面内に位置する、請求項9〜13のいずれか1項に記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 各要素の前記第1および第2のセグメントは、前記第1および第2のセグメントに関してある角度に曲げられた介在セグメントによって接続される、請求項14に記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記側壁端はホイールハブとの気密性シールを形成するために構成されている剛性スカート部で終わる、請求項9〜15のいずれか1項記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記要素のそれぞれの側は前記ホイールのハブを直接圧迫する、請求項9〜16のいずれか1項記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 前記要素のそれぞれの側は前記スカート領域を圧迫する、請求項17に記載のホイールアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載のホイールアセンブリを備える車両。
- 陸上車両用のタイヤエンベロープであって、
前記タイヤの路面係合側面とリム係合側面との間に延在する、その側壁に表面パターンを備え、
前記表面パターンは、前記側壁に埋め込まれたサスペンションアセンブリとして構成され、それにより、エンベロープがガスによって圧縮されるときにタイヤエンベロープがタイヤエンベロープの最大体積に向かって伸張することを防止し、一方、前記タイヤの前記路面係合側面が前記表面と実質的に一定の接触を維持するよう、荷重印加されるかまたは減圧されるときにタイヤエンベロープの変形を可能にするタイヤエンベロープ。 - 前記表面パターンは、実質的にV字形の断面を有する少なくとも1つの溝の形態の表面レリーフを備える請求項20に記載のタイヤエンベロープ。
- 前記表面パターンは、前記側壁にわたって所定の剛性パターンを備える請求項20または21に記載のタイヤエンベロープ。
- ホイールハブ上に搭載可能に構成されるタイヤエンベロープを備え、
前記タイヤエンベロープが、前記タイヤエンベロープの内面によって、前記エンベロープの幾何形状によって画定される一定最大体積を有するガスキャビティを画定する、陸上車両用のホイールアセンブリにおいて
前記タイヤエンベロープは、前記キャビティ内のガス圧力下で、ガス圧力によってかけられる膨張を通して達成可能な体積が、前記エンベロープの前記幾何形状によって画定される前記最大体積より実質的に小さくなるよう、前記タイヤエンベロープの側壁内にサスペンションアセンブリを備えるかまたは画定するホイールアセンブリ。
