Abstract
Description

「重」炭化水素供給流、特に、石油残油、タールサンドビチューメン、シェール油などは、硫黄、窒素、金属及び有機金属化合物などの望ましくない汚染物質を、一般的に含有する。炭化水素供給流から望ましくない成分を除去するための水素化処理などの水素転化プロセスは、重炭化水素フィードを接触処理する公知の方法であり、それらの商業的価値を増加させる。他の水素転化プロセスは、特に石炭などの化石燃料から合成ガスへ転化し、その後、FT触媒上で液体炭化水素に転化する、液体炭化水素を調製するフィッシャー・トロプシュ(FT)プロセスである。

1つの形態では、本発明は、炭化水素供給原料の水素転化用の高い圧力反応器容器用の、格子板などの、改善された気液分配デバイスに関する。改善された気液分配デバイスは、H−オイルプロセス、LC−ファイニングプロセス、H−石炭プロセス、重油アップグレードプロセス及び同様にその他で使用される公知の反応器用に使用できる。前述したように、これらの反応器の使用は、業界で周知である。ここに記載された形態が、まさに沸騰床反応器、スラリー反応器、再循環反応器、又は流動床反応器の範囲外の有用な用途を有し得ることは、当業者に明白であろう。それらは、例えば100〜5000psi及び300〜1800°Fなどの高い圧力及び高い温度で水素で炭化水素フィードを処理するために、液体、液体−固体スラリー、固体及びガスを高い温度及び圧力で反応させるのに適切な、固定床反応器、重合反応器、及び水素化反応器などの他のタイプの反応器において、個別に又は組合せて有用かもしれない。
支持された触媒を使用する1つの形態では、フレッシュな支持された触媒444が、触媒入口管458を通って沸騰床反応器430中に導入され、そして、使用済の支持された触媒444は、触媒抜出管460を通って抜き出される。沸騰床反応器430から抜き出されたハイドロプロセス供給原料440は、ホットセパレーター404中に導入され、そこでは、揮発分405は、ホットセパレーター404のトップから抜き出され、そして、触媒粒子424”を含有する非揮発分407は、ホットセパレーター404のボトムから抜き出される。
Claims (21)
- 触媒を使用して高い温度及び圧力で水素ガスでの炭化水素供給原料の水素転化用反応器用の格子板アセンブリーであって:
当該反応器を、格子板の上のゾーンと格子板の下のゾーンの2つのゾーンに分割する格子板;
水素ガス及び炭化水素供給原料を格子板の下のゾーンから格子板の上のゾーンに送るために、格子板を通って伸びる複数のチューブラーライザーを含むバブルキャップアセンブリー;
格子板の上の上部区域及び格子板の下の下部区域を各々が有するチューブラーライザーであって、下部区域が、水素ガス及び炭化水素供給原料の進入用の開放ボトムエンドで終端となり、上部区域が、収容蓋で終端となる密閉上部を有する、チューブラーライザー;
開放ボトムエンドから伸びているバーティカルスロットを少なくとも有するチューブラーライザーの当該下部区域;
作動中、格子板の下のゾーン中の液面がバーティカルスロットの上に及びサイドホール開口の下にあるように、十分なサイズで配置されたサイドホール開口を少なくとも有するチューブラーライザーの当該下部区域、
を含む、格子板アセンブリー。 - 前記サイドホールが、チューブライザーの開放ボトムエンドの直径の1/16〜1/2の範囲の最短寸法を持つ開口用のサイズである、請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- サイドホールが、1/8〜1/2”の範囲の最短寸法を有する、請求項2に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- 前記サイドホール開口が、分配板の下の少なくとも1”に配置されている、請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- 前記サイドホール開口が、分配器板の下の1〜5”に配置されている、請求項3に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- 各チューブラーライザーが、下部区域の長さの1/8〜1/2の範囲の長さを持つ開放ボトムエンドから伸びているバーティカルスロットを有する、請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- 上部区域が、チューブラーライザー中で気液混合用の圧縮部分を有する、請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- チューブラーライザーの上部区域中に圧縮部分の上に配置された逆止弁を更に含む、請求項6に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- 逆止弁が鋼球及びバルブシートを含む、請求項5に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- 圧縮部分を有する上部区域が、流体が収容蓋と圧縮部分との間で遮るものがなく動くことを可能とする可動部を有しない、請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- 収容蓋が管状の形状である、請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- 収容蓋が鐘形である、請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- チューブラーライザーが、同じ又は異なるサイズの複数のサイドホールを有する、請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- チューブラーライザーが、ライザーの鉛直の長さに沿って間隔が空いた複数のサイドホールを有する、請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- チューブラーライザーが、ライザーの周囲に等距離に間隔が空いた複数のサイドホールを有する、請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- チューブラーライザーが、水素ガス及び炭化水素供給原料の進入用の開放ボトムエンドとして外管と内管との間の環状の開口を定義する外管及び内管を含む、請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- 沸騰床反応器用の請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- 流動床反応器用の請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- 固定床反応器用の請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- スラリー床反応器用の請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
- 複数のチューブラーライザーの各々が、サイドホール開口を少なくとも有し、少なくとも2つのチューブラーライザーは、異なるサイズのサイドホール開口を有する、請求項1に記載の格子板アセンブリー。
