Abstract
Description
本発明は、スラリー状の触媒組成物と混合された重油を改質するための反応装置に関する。
液体循環式反応装置は、重油の改質にきわめて効果的である。重質炭化水素は、スラリー状態の活性触媒組成物と混合される。
本発明は、スラリー状の触媒組成物と混合された重油の改質に有用な反応装置に関する。本発明の液体再循環式反応装置は、高い液体と気体の比率を必要とする、分散された気泡流動状態を用いる。分散された気泡流動状態は、より均一な流動形態を生み、単一反応装置内で改質できる液体の量を増加させる。
図1は、液体再循環式反応装置の線図である。
本発明は、重油炭化水素及び触媒を含むスラリー供給材料を用いた、水素化転化法に適した液体再循環式反応装置である。
Claims (16)
- 活性スラリー触媒を用い、重油の水素化転化法に適した逆流式反応装置であって、基底部及び上蓋部、並びに注入口及び排出口を備えた反応装置。
- 反応装置が、液体再循環式反応装置である請求項1に記載の反応装置。
- 重油の水素化転化法が、以下のステップ:
(a)反応装置への注入に先立って、加熱された重油供給材料、請求項1に記載の活性スラリー触媒、及び水素含有気体を組み合わせて、混合物を作成するステップ、
(b)ステップ(a)の混合物を、反応装置の注入口を通して反応装置の基底部のパイプに送るステップであって、前記パイプが分配トレーに向けて上方に移動し、かつ前記混合物が高められた温度及び圧力に維持されるステップ、
(c)留出物及び水素、並びに未転化材料及びスラリー触媒を含む混合物を、蒸気として、反応装置上蓋部の反応装置排出口から除去し、かつそれを分離器に通した後に更に処理するステップ、と
(d)塔頂部未通過材料を降下管により再循環するステップ
を含む請求項2に記載の液体再循環式反応装置。 - 液体再循環式反応装置が、分散した気泡流動を維持する請求項2に記載の反応装置。
- 分散した気泡流動が、高い液体と気体の比率の影響を受ける請求項4に記載の反応装置。
- 平均見掛け気体速度が2から6cm/秒の範囲である時、速度比率、UL/UGが、1.5を超える請求項5に記載の反応装置。
- 液体を反応装置全体に再循環させるポンプを更に含む請求項1に記載の反応装置。
- 典型的に、反応装置注入口に流入する液流の5〜10倍の速度で、ポンプが液体を再循環させる請求項7に記載の反応装置。
- 活性スラリー触媒が、以下のステップ:
(a)VIB族の金属酸化物とアンモニア水を混合して、水性混合物を作成するステップ、
(b)混合物を硫化してスラリーを作成するステップ、と
(c)スラリーと、重質炭化水素油及び水素ガスを混合して活性スラリー触媒を作成するステップ
を含む方法により製造される請求項1に記載の反応装置。 - VIB族の金属酸化物がモリブデンである請求項9に記載の反応装置。
- 請求項1に記載の水素化転化法に適した供給材料が、常圧残油、減圧残油、溶剤脱歴装置からのタール、常圧軽油、減圧軽油、脱歴油、オレフィン、タールサンド又はビチューメンから誘導された油、石炭から誘導された油、重質原油、フィッシャー・トロプシュ法からの合成油、並びにリサイクルされた廃棄物及びポリマーから誘導された油からなる群から選択された請求項1に記載の反応装置。
- 水素化転化法が、熱水素化分解法、水素処理法、水素化脱硫法、水素化脱硝法、及び水素化脱金属法からなる群から選択された請求項1に記載の反応装置。
- 水素化転化法が、1,500から3,500psiaの範囲の圧力を用いる請求項1に記載の反応装置。
- 水素化転化法が、2,000から3,000psiaの範囲の圧力を用いる請求項13に記載の反応装置。
- 水素化転化法が、700から900Fの範囲の温度を用いる請求項1に記載の反応装置。
- 水素化転化法が、775から850Fの範囲の温度を用いる請求項15に記載の反応装置。
