Abstract
Description
スラグ排出ドアのドアボディを成形するボディ成形ステップと、
前記ボディ成形ステップで成形されたドアボディの内部に、ドリリング作業により、冷却水流路、冷却水流入口、冷却水排出口を形成する冷却水流路形成ステップと、
前記冷却水流路形成ステップで形成された冷却水流路において、前記ドアボディの外側面に開放された部分を塞ぐ流路仕上ステップとを含むことを特徴とするスラグ排出ドアの製造方法を提供する。

Claims (11)
- 溶鋼を排出する溶鋼排出口と、前記溶鋼排出口とは別途にスラグを排出するスラグ排出口とを備えた電気炉において、前記スラグ排出口を開閉するスラグ排出ドアを製造するスラグ排出ドアの製造方法であって、
スラグ排出ドアのドアボディを成形するボディ成形ステップと、
前記ボディ成形ステップで成形されたドアボディの内部に、ドリリング作業により、冷却水流路、冷却水流入口、冷却水排出口を形成する冷却水流路形成ステップと、
前記冷却水流路形成ステップで形成された冷却水流路において、前記ドアボディの外側面に開放された部分を塞ぐ流路仕上ステップとを含むことを特徴とするスラグ排出ドアの製造方法。 - 前記ボディ成形ステップは、
鍛造でドアボディを成形することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラグ排出ドアの製造方法。 - 前記ボディ成形ステップは、
上部両側にガイド突起部が突出するようにドアボディを成形したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラグ排出ドアの製造方法。 - 前記冷却水流路形成ステップは、
それぞれ別の冷却水流入口および冷却水排出口を有する一対の冷却水流路を、前記ドアボディを二分した両側にそれぞれ形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラグ排出ドアの製造方法。 - 前記冷却水流路形成ステップは、
冷却水が流入する冷却水流入配管部と、前記冷却水流入配管部に連結され、前記冷却水流入配管部から冷却水が供給されて冷却水を通過させる、離隔した複数の冷却水分岐配管部と、前記冷却水分岐配管部の出口側に連結される冷却水排出配管部とを含む冷却水流路を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラグ排出ドアの製造方法。 - 前記冷却水流路形成ステップは、
前記ドアボディの側面から、横方向のドリリング作業により、前記ドアボディの下部に横に配置される下部横流入管部と、前記ドアボディの上部に横に配置される上部横排出管部とを形成する第1流路形成過程と、
前記下部横流入管部および前記上部横排出管部において、それぞれ前記ドアボディの一側面に開放された部分に側面栓を挿入することで前記開放された部分を塞ぐ流路遮断過程と、
前記ドアボディのガイド突起部の上部面から、下方のドリリング作業により、縦に配置され、下端部が前記上部排出管部に連結される第1サイド縦排出管部と、前記第1サイド縦排出管部に離隔して前記ガイド突起部内に縦に配置され、前記上部横排出管部の前記側面栓を貫通し、下端部が前記下部横流入管部の位置まで形成される第2サイド縦排出管部とを形成し、前記ガイド突起部の上端で前記第1および第2サイド縦排出管部を連結する第2流路形成過程と、
前記ドアボディ部の下部面から、上方のドリリング作業により、前記第2サイド縦排出管部に連通する冷却水排出口と、前記下部横流入管部に連通する冷却水流入口とを形成する冷却水出入口形成過程と、
前記ドアボディ部の下部面から、上方のドリリング作業により、前記下部横流入管部を貫通し、上端部が前記上部横排出管部に連結される複数の縦分岐管部を離隔して形成する第3流路形成過程と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスラグ排出ドアの製造方法。 - 前記第2流路形成過程は、前記第2サイド縦排出管部が前記上部横排出管部の前記側面栓を貫通して形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のスラグ排出ドアの製造方法。
- 前記ドアボディにおいてスラグが接触するスラグ接触面に高硬度コーティング層を形成する表面処理ステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラグ排出ドアの製造方法。
- 前記表面処理ステップは、
前記ドアボディのスラグ接触面に溶接で高硬度コーティング層を形成する溶接コーティング過程と、
前記溶接コーティング過程で形成された高硬度コーティング層を研磨する表面研磨過程と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のスラグ排出ドアの製造方法。 - 前記表面処理ステップは、溶射およびめっきのうちのいずれか1つの方法で前記ドアボディのスラグ接触面に高硬度コーティング層を形成することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のスラグ排出ドアの製造方法。
- 前記ドアボディが結合され、前記ドアボディを補強するドア補強ボディを成形する補強体製造ステップと、
前記補強体製造ステップで製造されたドア補強ボディと前記ドアボディとを組立てるドア組立ステップと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラグ排出ドアの製造方法。
