Claims (3)
- 사출품을 제조하는 금형 본체;상기 금형 본체 내부에 형성되고 병렬 구조를 갖는 다수의 냉각유로들;상기 각각의 냉각유로의 일측과 연통되어 외부에서 공급된 냉각수를 동시에 상기 냉각유로들로 각각 분배하기 위한 냉각수공급유로; 및상기 각각의 냉각유로의 일측과 반대되는 타측과 연통되어 상기 분배된 냉각수를 외부로 배출시키기 위한 냉각수배출유로;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬 냉각 시스템을 갖는 사출금형기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 냉각유로들, 냉각수공급유로 및 냉각수배출유로를 드릴 가공시 상기 사출금형기 외관에 형성되는 개구를 밀폐시키기 위한 마개부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬 냉각 시스템을 갖는 사출금형기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 냉각유로들과 연통하며, 상기 냉각유로의 상부 내지 하부로 연장된 다수 개의 보충유로;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬 냉각 시스템을 갖는 사출금형기.
