Abstract
Description
(a)熱分解ガソリン混合物をクエンチする工程と;
(b)熱分解ガソリンから主に水を含む相を分離する相分離工程と;
(c)最大で3重量%の水を含む熱分解ガソリンをコアレッサーに導く工程と;
(d)同伴水を持たない熱分解ガソリンを水素化工程にかける工程とを含む方法である。
系の相分離は、ほとんどがコアレッセンスにより決まる。最適のコアレッサー材料を決めるために、40℃で0.4重量%の水相を含む水蒸気分解生成物を用いてコアレッサーのスクリーニングを行った。可能なコアレッセンスカートリッジ材料のスクリーニングでは、各材料で、同伴水を含まない場合のコアレッサーカートリッジの最大負荷量[kg/cm2h]を測定した。
Claims (16)
- 水蒸気分解工程から得られる熱分解ガソリン中の水分率を低下させる方法であって、金属製、繊維ガラス製または金属繊維ガラス複合物製の少なくとも一台のコアレッサーにより熱分解ガソリンから水が分離される方法。
- 上記コアレッサーが水素化工程の前で用いられ、この水素化工程が好ましくは第一の水素化工程である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記コアレッサーが、熱分解ガソリンから主に水を含む相が除かれる相分離工程の後で用いられる請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 上記熱分解ガソリンが、上記相分離工程の後で、最大で3重量%の水、好ましくは0.3〜2.5重量%の水を含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- 上記相分離工程が、沈降器と、充填物または詰め物の入った容器またはカラム、メッシュ、遠心器、分離器または膜からなる群から選ばれる相分離ユニット中で行われる請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 上記コアレッサーが、コアレッセンスフィルターカートリッジ、コアレッセンスフィルターまたはコアレッセンスチューブである請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 上記コアレッサーがさらに充填材料を含み、この充填材料が好ましくはコアレッサーと同じ材料からできている請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 上記コアレッサー中での水分離が、熱分解ガソリンが≦40℃の温度で行われる請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- (a)熱分解ガソリン混合物をクエンチする工程と;
(b)熱分解ガソリンから主に水を含む相を分離する相分離工程と;
(c)最大で3重量%の水を含む熱分解ガソリンをコアレッサーに導く工程と;
(d)同伴水を持たない熱分解ガソリンを水素化工程にかける工程とを含む請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 上記コアレッサーが第一の水素化工程で用いられるコアレッサー(A)であり、及び/又は上記コアレッサーが第二の水素化工程で用いられるコアレッサー(B)である請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- コアレッサー(A)が金属製であり、及び/又はコアレッサー(B)が金属製である請求項10に記載の方法。
- 上記コアレッサーが第二の水素化工程の前に用いられるコアレッサー(A)であり、いずれの材料製であってもよいコアレッサー(B)が第一の水素化工程の前で用いられる請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属製、繊維ガラス製または金属繊維ガラス複合物製の少なくとも一台のコアレッサーと一台の水分離ユニットと少なくとも一台の水素化ユニットを含む装置。
- 上記水分離ユニットがコアレッサー(A)に連結され、コアレッサー(A)が第一の水素化ユニットに連結され、これがさらにコアレッサー(B)に、次いで第二の水素化ユニットに連結され、コアレッサー(A)及び/又はコアレッサー(B)が、金属製、繊維ガラス製または金属繊維ガラス複合物製である請求項13に記載の装置。
- 請求項13または14に記載の装置の熱分解ガソリンの水分離のための利用。
- 上記コアレッサーが金属製である請求項15に記載の装置の利用
