Claims (12)
- 特に、弁(1)を流動する媒体(3)の圧力を制御するための圧力調整弁又は圧力制限弁であり、メイン段(5)と、該メイン段(5)を制御すると共にリターン装置(11)の作用に抗する通電可能な作動装置(9)によって制御されかつ前記弁(1)の圧力逃がし段(13)を有するパイロット段(9)とを有する弁において、
前記圧力逃がし段(13)は面積変更装置(15)を有することを特徴とする弁。 - 前記面積変更装置(15)は、第1の大きな圧力作動面積(F1)と、これに対向する第2の小さな圧力作動面積(F2)とを有し、前記パイロット段(7)に影響される媒体圧力(Pv)はこれら圧力作動面積(F1、F2)に作用して面積差(F1−F2)を成し、更に/又は前記面積変更装置(15)は少なくとも1つの絞り(17)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記メイン段(5)の弁体(19)は、少なくとも、前記第1の大きな圧力作動面積(F1)と前記第2の小さな圧力作動面積(F2)の面積差(F1−F2)により決定されるか、更に/或は少なくとも前記1つの絞り(17)と、前記作動装置(9)の不作動時において前記面積変更装置(15)の作用によって弁(1)の圧力源接続部(21)にかかる媒体圧力(p)と、の作用によって決定される特定の予備定義可能な位置に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の弁。
- 前記パイロット段(7)を作動するための前記作動装置(9)は、パイロット段(7)の作動タペット(23)に圧縮力(FD)を付与することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記作動装置(9)は通電可能なコイル装置(25)によって形成され、そのソレノイド電機子(27)は、ソレノイド電流の増加と共に前記圧力源接続部(21)への媒体圧力(p)が降下するように、パイロット段(7)にある作動タペット(23)に対して圧縮力(FD)を付与することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記第1の大きな圧力作動面積(F1)と前記第2の小さな圧力作動面積(F2)は、パイロット段(7)の作動タペット(23)の直径段付き部(29、31)によって形成され、それらは作動タペット(23)上で軸方向間隔(a)をおいて配置されて、弁シール面(37)と弁座(39)を形成する作動タペット(23)のガイド(35)の境界壁(33)と共に、前記面積変更装置(15)の少なくとも一部分を形成することを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の弁。
- 前記面積変更装置(15)上の前記第1の大きな圧力作動面積(F1)は、作動タペット(23)のガイド(35)と共に円錐状又は円筒状弁座(39)を形成し、作動された作動装置の場合、前記弁座(39)は前記パイロット段(7)に属する面積変更装置(15)から弁(1)のタンク接続部(T)へと媒体が流れるのを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の弁。
- 前記第1の大きな圧力作動面積(F1)は前記作動装置(9)から離れて対面する作動タペット(23)の自由端(41)に配置されると共に、エネルギ蓄積器として、好ましくは螺旋圧縮バネ(43)として形成されるリターン装置(11)は前記作動タペット(23)の自由端(41)上とガイド(35)の容器(45)上で支持されることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の弁。
- 前記リターン装置(11)は、エネルギ蓄積器として、好ましくは前記第1の大きな圧力作動面積(F1)と前記第2の小さな圧力作動面積(F2)との間に位置する螺旋圧縮バネ(43)として形成されると共に、ガイド35の容器(47)及び第2の小さな圧力作動面積(F2)の上に、少なくとも間接的に支持されることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記弁(1)は比例圧力制限弁として設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
- 前記弁(1)は比例圧力調整弁(49)として設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の弁。
