Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable a solenoid valve to reduce its drive control capacity by removing a valve rod installed in a starting valve from the control valve chamber and aiming at reduction of a closed-circuit pressure received area.
CONSTITUTION: From a starting valve 11, a valve rod 11 (a) of a diameter D1 exists as extended beyond a valve chamber B. Compressed air of an air tank 1 is being filled up in a control chamber B and a main valve 4 in front while the starting valve 11 closes a control air intake 12 by dint of differential pressure between the pressure received area of a diameter D2 of the control air intake 12 and the pressure received area of a diameter D1 of the valve rod 11 plus a spring 16 in combination. When a control coil 15 is given an electric signal, a plunger 13 moves upward by sucking force of a call iron 14 by overcoming such force as imposed upon the starting valve 11. Hereat the self-holding capacity for airtight of the starting valve 11 becomes very little so that the drive control capacity of the solenoid valve can be reduced.
