Description
Claims (11)
- 支持構造に装着された嵌め込みパネル(1)の組み立てられた集合体を含む壁のための対風構であって、ガラスパネル(9)、及び前記ガラスパネル(9)を壁に固定するための装着手段を含むものにおいて、装着手段が少なくとも一つの装着部分片(10)を含み、その形状がハウジング(11)を画定し、ハウジング(11)の中にガラスパネル(9)が係合され、ハウジング(11)においてガラスパネル(9)が接着剤結合によって固定され、装着手段が、前記装着部分片(10)を支持構造の垂直材(2)又は横材に固定するための適応及び固定部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする対風構。
- ハウジング(11)が、横断面においてU形状を有し、そのU形状が、ガラスパネル(9)の一方の側上に延びる一つの側枝材(11a)、及びガラスパネル(9)の他方の側上に延びる別の側枝材(11b)を有し、U形状の下部が前記ガラスパネル(9)の端縁面(9a)に面することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対風構。
- 装着手段が、ガラスパネル(9)と側枝材(11a)及び(11b)の間でハウジング(11)に配置された封止手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の対風構。
- 装着手段が、ガラスパネル(9)と側枝材(11a)及び(11b)の間でハウジング(11)に配置された位置決めシム(15)を含むことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の対風構。
- 適応及び固定部材が、装着部分片(10)に固定されかつ横断面において相補的なU形状を有する適応部分片(12)を形成し、その相補的な側枝材(12a,12b)がハウジング(11)から離れて延び、前記相補的な側枝材(12a,12b)の間の分離距離が支持構造の垂直材(2)又は横材の寸法に適応されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の対風構。
- 適応及び固定部材が装着部分片(10)の支持面(16)を含み、その支持面(16)が支持構造の垂直材(2)又は横材と接触することを意図され、側方アーム(18a,18b)が、最初に装着部分片(10)上でそれらの端(19)と除去可能に関節結合され、次に前記側方アーム(18a,18b)が前記装着部分片(10)と機械的に共同して作用して剛直な機械的接続を作るときに対応する垂直材(2)又は横材に固定されることを意図されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の対風構。
- ガラスパネル(9)の縁面(9a)に沿って分配された複数の装着手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の対風構。
- 装着部分片(10)が、接着剤及び/又は封止材の注入のための穴(25a)及び/又は溝(25)を与えられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の対風構。
- 適応部分片(12)が、接着剤及び/又は封止材の注入のための穴(25a)及び/又は溝(25)を与えられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の対風構。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の対風構、及び嵌め込みパネル(1)の組み立てられた集合体を含むファサードを組み立てるためのシステムであって、嵌め込みパネル(1)の組み立てられた集合体の支持構造が垂直材(2)及び横材を含むものにおいて、適応及び固定部材が、接着剤の被覆、両面粘着テープ及び/又はねじの形の結合手段によって垂直材(2)又は横材に機械的に接続されることを特徴とする組み立てシステム。
- 支持構造が建造物の二次骨格であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の組み立てシステム。
