Description
Claims (15)
- ハウジング(19)と、該ハウジング(19)の内部に配設された少なくとも1つの機能性挿入部材(22)とを有する部品(18)の製造方法であって、
少なくとも2つのハウジング構成部材(20,21)をプラスチックで射出成形する工程と、
上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)のうちの少なくとも1つのハウジング構成部材の内側に、上記少なくとも1つの機能性挿入部材(22)を挿入する工程と、
上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)を、その内側に上記少なくとも1つの機能性挿入部材(22)が挿入された状態で、上記ハウジング(19)を形成するように互いに溶着する工程と、を含み、
上記機能性挿入部材(22)は、上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)のうちの少なくとも2つに接触する接触部を有することを特徴とする部品の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の部品の製造方法において、
上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)は、上記機能性挿入部材(22)を少なくとも特定の部分で固定するように保持する少なくとも1つの受入部(44,47)を有することを特徴とする部品の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2記載の部品の製造方法において、
上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)は、プレテンション下で上記機能性挿入部材(22)を保持することを特徴とする部品の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の部品の製造方法において、
上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)の内側への上記機能性挿入部材(22)の挿入、及び、上記ハウジング(19)を形成するための該ハウジング構成部材(20,21)の溶着を、該ハウジング構成部材(20,21)が、その冷却中に該機能性挿入部材(22)に接触した状態で収縮するように、上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)を射出成形した直後に実行することを特徴とする部品の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の部品の製造方法において、
上記少なくとも2つのハウジング構成部材(20,21)を、少なくとも2つの射出成形領域(8,9)のそれぞれにおいて射出成形することを特徴とする部品の製造方法。 - 請求項5記載の部品の製造方法において、
上記溶着する工程のために、上記少なくとも2つのハウジング構成部材(20,21)を、上記少なくとも2つの射出成形領域(8,9)の金型部(13,14)に、それぞれ留めておくことを特徴とする部品の製造方法。 - 請求項6記載の部品の製造方法において、
上記少なくとも2つの射出成形領域(8,9)の金型部(13,14)は、上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)を射出成形する射出位置と、上記少なくとも1つの機能性挿入部材(22)を、上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)の内側に挿入する挿入位置と、上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)における互いの溶着が予定されている溶着部(28)を加熱する加熱位置と、上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)を、上記ハウジング(19)を形成するために上記溶着部(28)にて溶着する溶着位置との間で移動可能であることを特徴とする部品の製造方法。 - 請求項7記載の部品の製造方法において、
上記射出位置、上記挿入位置、上記加熱位置及び上記溶着位置への移動は、同じ射出成形金型(5)に対して実行することを特徴とする部品の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の部品の製造方法において、
上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)における互いの溶着が予定されている溶着部(28)を、少なくとも1つの加熱素子(27)によって加熱することを特徴とする部品の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の部品の製造方法において、
上記溶着する工程は、熱風溶着又はNIR溶着によって実行することを特徴とする部品の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の部品の製造方法において、
上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)を互いに溶着する際、更に、該ハウジング構成部材(20,21)のうちの少なくとも1つを、上記少なくとも1つの機能性挿入部材(22)に溶着することを特徴とする部品の製造方法。 - 請求項11記載の部品の製造方法において、
上記溶着中、上記機能性挿入部材(22)における、上記ハウジング(19)の外部に出る少なくとも1つの構成部(38,39)を、上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)によって囲んだ状態にするとともに、該構成部(38,39)がシールされた状態で上記ハウジング(19)の外部に出るように、上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)を該構成部(38,39)に溶着することを特徴とする部品の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の部品の製造方法において、
上記部品(18)は、吸気モジュールであり、
上記機能性挿入部材(22)は、インタークーラであり、
上記ハウジング(19)は、上記インタークーラ(22)が挿入される吸気用流路部(42)を有することを特徴とする部品の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の部品の製造方法により製造されてなる部品。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の部品の製造方法を実行するための装置であって、
少なくとも2つのハウジング構成部材(20,21)をプラスチックで射出成形するための射出成形装置(2)と、
上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)のうちの少なくとも1つのハウジング構成部材の内側に、少なくとも1つの機能性挿入部材を挿入するための挿入装置(3)と、
上記ハウジング構成部材(20,21)を、その内側に上記少なくとも1つの機能性挿入部材(22)が挿入された状態で、上記ハウジング(19)を形成するように互いに溶着する溶着装置(4)とを備えていることを特徴とする装置。
