Abstract
【解決手段】入力整流器の後のEMIフィルタ・コンデンサと直列にデプリーション型電界効果トランジスタを接続して、EMIの濾波作用を可能にし、且つフェーズカット調光器回路を介して電力供給するときにトライアックをスイッチングする際の容量性電流を制限する。

Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つの光源に電力供給するための回路であって、
AC入力電力を受け取るためのAC入力端子、並びに整流DC電力を供給するための第1及び第2のDC出力端子を持つ整流器回路と、
前記整流器回路の前記DC出力端子に結合された第1及び第2のフィルタ入力端子、並びに第1及び第2のフィルタ出力端子を持つEMIフィルタ回路であって、
(1)前記整流器回路の前記第1のDC出力端子に結合された第1の端子を持つフィルタ・キャパシタンス、
(2)前記フィルタ・キャパシタンスの第2の端子に結合された第1のソース/ドレイン端子、前記整流器回路の前記第2のDC出力端子に結合された第2のソース/ドレイン端子、及び前記整流器回路の前記第2のDC出力端子に結合されたゲート端子を有する電界効果トランジスタ、並びに
(3)前記整流器回路の前記第1のDC出力端子に結合された第1の端子、及び前記第1のフィルタ出力端子に結合された第2の端子を持つインダクタンス、
を有しているEMIフィルタ回路と、
前記フィルタ出力端子(102a、102)に結合されたDC入力端子を持つ少なくとも1つのDC−DC変換器回路を有していて、少なくとも1つの光源に電力を直接に又は間接的に供給するように動作する電力変換回路と、
を有する、少なくとも1つの光源に電力供給するための回路。 - 前記電力変換回路は、少なくとも1つのLED光源を駆動するためにDC出力を供給するように動作する、請求項1記載の回路。
- 前記電力変換回路は、前記少なくとも1つのDC−DC変換器回路からDC出力を受け取って、少なくとも1つの蛍光ランプに電力供給するためのAC出力を供給するインバータを有している、請求項1記載の回路。
- 前記電界効果トランジスタはデプリーション型電界効果トランジスタである、請求項1記載の回路。
- 前記電界効果トランジスタはデプリーション型Nチャンネル電界効果トランジスタであり、その場合、前記フィルタ・キャパシタンスの前記第1の端子が前記整流器回路の正のDC出力端子に結合され、また前記第2のソース/ドレイン端子及び前記ゲート端子が前記整流器回路の負のDC出力端子に結合されている、請求項4記載の回路。
- 前記電力変換回路は、少なくとも1つのLED光源を駆動するためにDC出力を供給するように動作する、請求項5記載の回路。
- 前記電力変換回路は、前記少なくとも1つのDC−DC変換器回路からDC出力を受け取って、少なくとも1つの蛍光ランプに電力供給するためのAC出力を供給するインバータを有している、請求項5記載の回路。
- 前記電界効果トランジスタはデプリーション型Pチャンネル電界効果トランジスタであり、その場合、前記フィルタ・キャパシタンスの前記第1の端子が前記整流器回路の負のDC出力端子に結合され、また前記第2のソース/ドレイン端子及び前記ゲート端子が前記整流器回路の正のDC出力端子に結合されている、請求項4記載の回路。
- 前記電界効果トランジスタはエンハンスメント型電界効果トランジスタである、請求項1記載の回路。
- 前記EMIフィルタ回路は、前記電界効果トランジスタに結合されて、前記ゲート端子にバイアス電圧を供給するバイアス回路を有している、請求項9記載の回路。
- 前記電界効果トランジスタは、Nチャンネル・エンハンスメント型電界効果トランジスタであり、その場合、前記フィルタ・キャパシタンスの前記第1の端子が前記整流器回路の正のDC出力端子に結合され、また前記電界効果トランジスタの前記第2のソース/ドレイン端子が前記整流器回路の負のDC出力端子に結合されており、更に、
前記バイアス回路は、
(1)前記電界効果トランジスタの前記ゲート端子と正の供給電圧との間に結合された第1の抵抗器、及び
(2)前記電界効果トランジスタの前記ゲート端子と前記整流器回路の前記負のDC出力端子との間に結合された第2の抵抗器
を有している、請求項10記載の回路。 - 前記EMIフィルタ回路は、前記電界効果トランジスタの前記第2のソース/ドレイン端子と前記整流器回路の前記負のDC出力端子との間に結合された第3の抵抗器を有している、請求項11記載の回路。
- 前記電力変換回路は、少なくとも1つのLED光源を駆動するためにDC出力を供給するように動作する、請求項9記載の回路。
- 前記電力変換回路は、前記少なくとも1つのDC−DC変換器回路からDC出力を受け取って、少なくとも1つの蛍光ランプに電力供給するためのAC出力を供給するインバータを有している、請求項9記載の回路。
