Abstract
Description
ポリエチレン(PE)100重量部に対して平均粒度3μmの大きさの二酸化チタン(TiO2)10重量部を混合した後、これを通常のフィルム成形方法にて2軸延伸して、150μm厚さの白色PEフィルム(以下、「W-PEフィルム」という。)を作製した。
ポリエチレン(PE)100重量部に対して平均粒度3μmの大きさの二酸化チタン(TiO2)10重量部を混合した後、これを通常のフィルム成形方法にて2軸延伸して、150μm厚さの白色PEフィルム(W-PEフィルム)を作製した。
耐熱性PETフィルム(厚さ250μm)にテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)を両面コートして(両面に15μm厚さのフッ素コート層を形成して)、フッ素コート層(15μm)/耐熱PET(250μm)/フッ素コート層(15μm)の積層構造を有するバックシートを作製した。
フッ素コート層上にアクリル系接着剤をコートして、3μmのプライマー層を更に形成したことを除いては、前記実施例5と同様に実施して、プライマー層(3μm)/フッ素コート層(15μm)/耐熱PET(250μm)/フッ素コート層(15μm)の積層構造を有するバックシートを作製した。
従来のバックシートとして、耐熱性PETフィルム(厚さ250μm)の両面にPVDFフィルム(厚さ30μm)を貼り合わせて、PVDF(30μm)/耐熱PET(250μm)/PVDF(30μm)の積層構造を有するバックシートを用意した。
各バックシート試片をカッターバー(cutter bar)にて15mm×15mm(横×縦)の大きさに切断した後、測定器にて引張強度と延伸率を測定した。このとき、引張強度は測定器のフル・スケール(Full Scale)を試片の引張強度よりも20%高く決めてから測定した。
各バックシート試片の端部のPETフィルムを若干剥がした後、180度剥離角にて剥離強度を測定した。このとき、剥離強度としては、PVDFとPET(比較例)、W-PEとPET(実施例1〜4)、フッ素コーティングとPET(実施例5および6)間の剥離強度(層間接着力)を測定した。
各バックシート試片をEVAシートに熱融着にて貼り合わせた。このとき、バックシート試片はA4の大きさに切断し、EVAシートはバックシート試片よりも小さい大きさに切断した後、重ね合わせて熱風オーブンに入れ、150℃で15分間張り合わせを実施した。次いで、オーブンから取り出して冷やした後、15mm×15mm(横×縦)の大きさに切断した後、EVAシートとバックシート間の剥離強度(EVAとの接着力)を測定した。
各バックシート試片をカッターバー(cutter bar)にて15mm×15mm(横×縦)の大きさに切断した後、透湿度測定器にて測定した。
各バックシート試片をカッターバー(cutter bar)にて120mm×60mm(横×縦)の大きさに切断した後、横方向に始点から100mmになる地点を表示した。次いで、オーブンに入れ、150℃の温度で30分間放置した後、取り出して始点から前記表示した地点までの長さを測定し、下式にて耐熱寸法安定性を評価した。
前記表1に表すように、本発明の実施例1〜6に係るバックシートは、従来の比較例に比べて、層間接着力およびEVAとの接着力において優れた特性を示すことが分かる。特に、W-PEフィルム(PE+TiO2)を用いた実施例1〜4の場合、層間接着力およびEVAとの接着力に非常に優れており、且つ透湿度が低いため優れた水分バリア性(バリア性)を示すことが分かる。

Claims (16)
- ポリエステルフィルム層;および
前記ポリエステルフィルム層の少なくとも一方の面にコートされたフッ素コート層を含む太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。 - 前記太陽電池モジュール用バックシートが、ポリエステルフィルム層;
ポリエステルフィルム層の下面にコートされたフッ素コート層;および
ポリエステルフィルム層の上面に形成され、
太陽電池モジュールのエチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)シートと貼り合わされるポリエチレン系フィルム層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。 - 前記ポリエチレン系フィルム層が、白色無機物を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 前記ポリエチレン系フィルム層が、ポリエチレン系樹脂100重量部に対して白色無機物を5〜15重量部の範囲で含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 前記白色無機物が、二酸化チタンを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 前記ポリエチレン系フィルム層が、白色無機物を含み、且つ30〜250μmの範囲の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 前記フッ素コート層が、エチレン含有フッ素樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 前記フッ素コート層が、5〜30μmの範囲の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 前記ポリエステルフィルム層とフッ素コート層との間に、ケイ素酸化物層を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 前記太陽電池モジュール用バックシートが、ポリエステルフィルム層;
ポリエステルフィルム層の下面に形成されたケイ素酸化物層;
ケイ素酸化物層の下面にコートされたフッ素コート層;
ポリエステルフィルム層の上面に形成され、
太陽電池モジュールのエチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)シートと貼り合わされるポリエチレン系フィルム層を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。 - 前記ポリエチレン系フィルム層が、白色無機物を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 前記太陽電池モジュール用バックシートが、ポリエステルフィルム層;
前記ポリエステルフィルム層の上面にコートされた上部フッ素コート層;および
前記ポリエステルフィルム層の下面にコートされた下部フッ素コート層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。 - 前記太陽電池モジュール用バックシートが、前記上部フッ素コート層上に形成され、太陽電池モジュールのエチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)シートと貼り合わされるプライマー層を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 前記上部フッ素コート層が、エチレン含有フッ素樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。
- 請求項1〜請求項14のいずれかに記載のバックシートを含む太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記ポリエステルフィルム層の少なくとも一方の面に10〜500nmの範囲の厚さを有するケイ素酸化物層が蒸着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール用バックシート。
