Abstract
Description
研究用撹拌装置において、ポリマーを180℃で溶融して混合した。その後、更なる処方構成成分を添加して完全に均質化し、任意にガス抜きを行った。溶融混合物をデカントし、冷却することにより固化させた。
以下から構成された放射線硬化ホットメルト接着剤:
開始剤上で反応させた(reacted-on initiators)アクリレートエステル(AC樹脂A 204 UV)に基づくコポリマー80gを、およそ130℃〜150℃で樹脂(Kristalex)20gと撹拌しながら溶融し、均質化し、次いで冷却を行ったところ、接着剤を固体になった。
15gのSEBSコポリマー(Kraton G 1652)、5gの樹脂(Escorez 5320)、15gのワックス(Sasolwax H1)、20gのポリエチレン(Escorene LD 655)、0.05gの安定剤(イルガノックス1010)、および44.5gの油(Primol 352)を、約190℃で撹拌しながら溶融し、均質化した。
20gのSEBSコポリマー(Kraton G 1652)、10gの樹脂(Escorez 5400)、15gのワックス(Sasolwax H1)、15gのポリエチレン(Escorene LD 655)、0.05gの安定剤(イルガノックス1010)、および39.5gの油(Primol 352)を、約190℃で撹拌しながらで溶融し、均質化した。
実施例1〜4によるホットメルト接着剤を溶融する。それと同時に、ケーシング混合物1あるいは2を溶融する。

Claims (14)
- 顆粒の形態のホットメルト感圧接着剤(PSA)であって、該顆粒はホットメルト感圧接着剤で作られたコア、該コアを包囲し感圧接着性ではない組成物で作られた外側層を含み、ここで、該外側層は、
・スチレンブロックコポリマー5〜35重量%、
・少なくとも1つの油20〜65重量%、及び
・添加剤0〜15重量%
を含有するホットメルト感圧接着剤。 - 前記組成物は5〜30重量%のポリオレフィンコポリマー、特にポリオレフィンコポリマーとしてのLDPEあるいはEVAを更に含む、請求項1に記載のホットメルト感圧接着剤。
- 前記油は炭化水素油、パラフィン油、ナフテン油あるいは医療用ホワイト油から選択される、請求項1または2に記載のホットメルト感圧接着剤。
- 前記外側層中の油の量は、前記コア中のホットメルト感圧接着剤の油および可塑剤割合より大きい、請求項3に記載のホットメルト感圧接着剤。
- 前記外側層は顆粒状粒子5〜20重量%を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のホットメルト感圧接着剤。
- 前記外側層の混合物は80〜135℃の軟化点を有する、請求項1〜5に記載のホットメルト感圧接着剤。
- 前記顆粒は易流動性である、請求項1〜6に記載のホットメルト感圧接着剤。
- 外皮組成物は、
・スチレンブロックコポリマー5〜30重量%、
・ポリオレフィンコポリマー5〜30重量%、
・少なくとも1つの油20〜65重量%、及び
・ワックス0〜20重量%
・添加剤0〜15重量%
から作られている、請求項1〜7に記載のホットメルト感圧接着剤。 - 顆粒状粒子は20g未満、特に10g未満の重量を有する、請求項1〜8に記載のホットメルト感圧接着剤。
- 顆粒状粒子は感圧接着性でない外側層によって完全に包囲され、および外皮は2つの実質的に閉じた分離性シームを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のホットメルト感圧接着剤。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の顆粒を製造するための方法であって、コアの組成物と外皮の組成物を共押し出しによってストランドとして溶融状に押し出し、引き続き顆粒の包囲ストランドを分離することによって製造する方法。
- 分離に際して、外側層の閉鎖シームを溶融、封止または溶接によって閉じる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- ピンチングまたはカッティングによってストランドの分離を行なう、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤の、接着剤顆粒の圧縮空気運搬または真空運搬のための使用。
