1)30〜70重量部を占める色なしの有機印刷用の印刷媒体。これらの媒体は、前記ペーストの焼きなましの間に完全に蒸発する。
2)30〜70重量部を占めるほうけい酸ガラスの構成:ナトリウム 19.9%;アルミニウム 0.9%;シリコン 32.8%;硫黄 1.51%;カリウム 16.5%;バリウム 5.7%;チタニウム 22.2%;銅 0.9%。
3)5〜20重量部を占めるセラミック顔料の構成:アルミニウム 1.1%;シリコン 8.4%;硫黄 0.6%;クロム 30.9%;マンガン 4.3%;鉄 28.2%;沸石又は粘土等のイオン交換体又は支持体にコーティングされた銀、銀酸化物、銀塩又は銀イオン 10%。
Claims (11)
- コミュニケーションパネルの記載する側の面にエナメル被覆を備え、該エナメル被覆面に、セラミック材料から成る複数の点のパターン又は無地の領域を施し、該セラミック材料は、とりわけ、沸石又は粘土等のイオン交換体又は支持体に直接被覆された金属、金属酸化物、金属塩又は金属イオン等の抗菌性の殺菌剤を含有し且つそのセラミック材料が500℃を超える温度で前記エナメル被覆面に焼きなまし処理された、光学的コミュニケーションボード。
- 前記パターンが双方向のコミュニケーションボード用の光学的に読み取り可能な位置コーディングパターンであること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学的コミュニケーションボード。
- 沸石若しくは粘土、銀、銀酸化物、硝酸銀又は銀イオン等のイオン交換体又は支持体に直接被覆された金属、金属酸化物、金属塩又は金属イオンを含有すること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光学的コミュニケーションボード。
- 前記パターンのセラミック材料における銀、銀酸化物、銀塩又は銀イオンの含有量が0.1〜10重量%であること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光学的コミュニケーションボード。
- 前記パターンを構成する複数の点が任意形状を形成しうるか、又はそれらの点が互いに接触しうること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光学的コミュニケーションボード。
- 被覆技術又は印刷技術によって、前記コミュニケーションボードに、インク又は被覆剤を無地の領域として塗ることが出来るように、該インク又は被覆材に抗菌性のセラミック材を細かく分布させて混合し、抗菌材料を有する前記の複数の点を該無地の領域において任意に分布させたこと、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学的コミュニケーションボード。
- 前記ボードが、ISO標準22196:2007によって測定される抗菌作用を呈し、それによって表面の細菌の数が、表面の抗菌作用(対数目盛上では2の抗菌作用)によって24時間以内に少なくとも99%減少すること、を特徴とする請求項1又は3に記載の光学的コミュニケーションボード。
- 前記複数の点が、光を吸収する成分又は光を余分に反射する成分を含有しうること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光学的コミュニケーションボード。
- 前記印刷技術としては、スクリーン印刷若しくは密着焼き付け、インクジェット、トナー転写若しくはフレキソ印刷等のデジタル印刷技術、又はデカルコマニー等のその他の転写技術のように、或るパターンの形のセラミック形成媒体を塗ることが出来るものであればいかなる印刷技術をも用いうること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光学的コミュニケーションボード(1)を製造する方法。
- 無地の領域の形の抗菌成分を備えた被覆又はインク又は組成物を転写することによって、無地の領域を前記コミュニケーションボードの表面に塗ること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学的コミュニケーションボード(1)を製造する方法。
- 印刷技術によって塗られたパターン(6)を、前記コミュニケーションボードのエナメル被覆表面で、最低でも500℃の温度で焼なますこと、を特徴とする請求項5に記載の
光学的コミュニケーションボード(1)を製造する方法。
