Claims (16)
- 血管奇形の処置のためのメンブランインプラントであって、前記インプラントが処置されるべき血管内に血管内法によって植え込まれ、前記メンブランインプラントが拡張可能なステント(4)及び前記ステント(4)に結合されたメンブラン(2,3,5,11)を有し、前記メンブラン(2,3,5,11)が前記ステントのメッシュを少なくとも中央領域において覆う、メンブランインプラントにおいて、前記メンブラン(2,3,5,11)がプラスチック原繊維を含む不織布の形態で与えられ、前記メンブラン(2,3,5,11)が前記ステント(4)との結合を形成し、少なくとも一部分は、多孔質構造を有することを特徴とするメンブランインプラント。
- 前記メンブラン(2,3,5,11)が、多層構成であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のメンブランインプラント。
- ポリカーボネートウレタンのメンブラン(2,3,5,11)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のメンブランインプラント。
- 前記メンブラン(2,3,5,11)のエレクトロスピニングによって得られることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のメンブランインプラント。
- 多段階エレクトロスピニングプロセスによって得られ、第1段階において内層メンブラン(3)がコア上に作製され、前記ステント(4)が前記メンブラン上に取り付けられ、続いて外層メンブラン(2)が配されて前記内層メンブラン(3)に結合され、その後に前記インプラントが前記コアから分離されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のメンブランインプラント。
- 前記メンブラン(2,3,5,11)が前記ステント(4)のウエブを全側面で包埋することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のメンブランインプラント。
- 前記メンブラン(2,3,5,11)が前記血管の壁に面する外層を有し、前記層がスポンジ状構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のメンブランインプラント。
- 前記メンブラン(2,3,5,11)の前記内層(3)が実質的に水密で平滑な構造を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のメンブランインプラント。
- 前記メンブラン(2,3,5)が10μmと100μmの間の層厚を有することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のメンブランインプラント。
- 前記メンブラン内の、径が1μmと100μmの間の範囲にある細孔を特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のメンブランインプラント。
- 前記ステント(4)が形状記憶材料でつくられた自己拡張ステントであることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のメンブランインプラント。
- 前記ステントがニチノールまたは三元ニッケル−チタン合金からなることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のメンブランインプラント。
- 前記メンブラン(2,3,5,11)が少なくともその外層(2)に医薬物質を収容することを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれかに記載のメンブランインプラント。
- 前記医薬物質が抗炎症効果または抗狭窄効果を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のメンブランインプラント。
- 前記メンブラン(2,3,5,11)がX線不透過性造影剤を収容することを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれかに記載のメンブランインプラント。
- 前記ステント(4)の少なくとも外側に密着促進層が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれかに記載のメンブランインプラント。
