Description
Claims (11)
- 好ましくないガス、微生物、小滴、ナノサイズまたはそれ以上のサイズの粒子から空気を浄化するための装置であって、それを通って浄化対象空気(1)が流れるように構成されるとともに、浄化対象空気が水ダストまたは蒸気を通して流されるように構成されるゾーン(6)を備える浄化チャンバと、収集面(9)に向けられたイオンブラストチップ(8)を備えるイオンブラストチャンバ(7)とを有する装置であって、浄化対象空気中に含まれ、且つ前記イオンブラストチップ(8)から噴出されるイオン噴流を介して供給される小滴または粒子状物質が、接地された前記収集面(9)に向けて投げ出されることによりこれら収集面上に収集された物質が前記浄化チャンバの底部へと流下し、そこから、更に、浄化済み空気が前記浄化チャンバを離れると同時に排出部(5)へと流れるように構成された装置であって、
前記浄化チャンバの入口端部に、浄化対象空気が水ダストまたは水蒸気ゾーン(6)を通して案内される前にこの浄化対象空気のイオン化のためのイオン化放出チップ(4)を備えるイオン化チャンバ(3)が設けられ、更に、前記浄化チャンバの入口に、前記浄化チャンバの電気/制御センター(10)に接続されたガスセンサ(2)が設けられ、前記センター(10)が、前記ガスセンサからの信号に基づいて、前記イオン化の電荷の正負を判定するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記浄化対象空気(1)の前記検出センサによって、前記イオン化における電圧の自動制御も可能とさされ、それによって、必要な場合高オゾン発生が可能とされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記浄化対象空気から、ヨウ素ガス、二酸化炭素、およびアンモニアを効果的に除去することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記水ダストゾーン(6)の水ダストに使用される水は、ガス除去と微生物の駆除とを強化するべく過酸化水素によって酸化されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ガスセンサからの信号に基づいて、前記電気/制御センターは、前記水ダストゾーン(6)の水ダストの酸化必要度を判定するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記水ダストゾーン(6)の水ダストの小滴サイズが、20μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 好ましくないガス、微生物、小滴、ナノサイズまたはそれ以上のサイズの粒子から空気を浄化するための方法であって、浄化対象空気(1)を水ダストまたは蒸気のゾーン(6)と、次に、イオンブラストゾーン(7)とを通過するように案内する工程を有し、浄化対象空気中に含まれイオンブラストチップ(8)からのイオン噴流を介して供給される小滴形状または粒子状物質が、接地された収集面(9)に向けて投げ出され、前記収集面上に収集された物質が前記浄化チャンバの底部へと流下し、そこから、浄化済み空気が放出されると同時に排出部(5)へと流れる、方法であって、
浄化対象空気(1)が、前記水ダストまたは水蒸気ゾーン(6)を通して案内される前に、イオン化され、それによって、前記浄化対象空気がガスセンサ(2)と接触するように案内されて、電気/制御センター(10)が、前記センサからの信号に基づいて前記イオン化の電荷の正負を判定することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記水ダストゾーン(6)の水ダストに使用される水は、ガス除去と微生物の駆除とを強化するべく過酸化水素によって酸化されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスセンサ(2)からの信号に基づいて、前記電気/制御センター(10)は、前記水ダストゾーン(6)の水ダストの酸化必要度を判定することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記水ダストゾーン(6)の水ダストの小滴サイズが20μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- ウィルス、バクテリア、胞子、菌類等の微生物が、浄化済み空気の排出前に駆除されることを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
