Abstract
Description
本発明は、露出した電気的コンタクト、特にプリント配線板の電気的コンタクトに接触するための直接差込エレメントであって、該直接差込エレメントの両側に配置されたばね領域を有する直接差込エレメントに関する。
これに対し、請求項1記載の特徴を備えた、電気的コンタクトに接触するための本発明による直接差込エレメントは、露出した電気的コンタクトの確実な接触が可能であるという利点を有している。特に本発明による直接差込エレメントは、接触確実性を失うことなく、小型化された構成に適している。これは本発明によれば、本発明による直接差込エレメントが、第1のばね領域と第2のばね領域とを備えたばね弾性的な直接コンタクトを有していることにより達成される。直接コンタクトはほぼU字形の形状を有しており、それぞれ1つのばね領域が、U字形の直接コンタクトの第1の脚若しくは第2の脚に配置されている。この場合、ばね領域の少なくとも1つは、対応構成部分の電気的コンタクトの電気接触を実行するためのコンタクト領域として形成されている。
以下に、図1及び図2につき、本発明の好ましい第1実施例による直接差込エレメント1を詳しく説明する。
Claims (9)
- 電気的コンタクトに接触する直接差込エレメントであって、
ばね状の直接コンタクト(2)を有しており、
前記ばね状の直接コンタクト(2)は第1のばね領域(4)と第2のばね領域(5)とを有しており、
前記直接コンタクト(2)は、第1の脚(21)と第2の脚(22)とを備えたほぼU字形の形状を有しており、
前記第1のばね領域(4)は前記第1の脚(21)に配置されていて、前記第2のばね領域(5)は前記第2の脚(22)に配置されており、
前記ばね領域(4,5)の少なくとも1つは、電気的コンタクトの電気接触を実行するコンタクト領域として形成されていることを特徴とする、直接差込エレメント。 - 少なくとも第1のばね領域(4)はばね湾曲部(41)を有しており、該ばね湾曲部(41)は前記第1のばね領域(4)のコンタクト領域である、請求項1記載の直接差込エレメント。
- 前記第1のばね領域(4)と前記第2のばね領域(5)とを備えた前記直接コンタクト(2)は、一体的な構成部分である、請求項1又は2記載の直接差込エレメント。
- 前記第1のばね領域(4)は第1のばね湾曲部(41)を有しており、前記第2のばね領域(5)は第2のばね湾曲部(51)を有しており、これら両ばね湾曲部(41,51)はコンタクト領域として形成されている、請求項2又は3記載の直接差込エレメント。
- 前記第1のばね領域(4)と前記第2のばね領域(5)とはそれぞれ同じ幾何学形状を有している、請求項4記載の直接差込エレメント。
- 前記第1のばね領域(4)と前記第2のばね領域(5)とは中央平面(E)に対して対称的に設けられている、請求項4又は5記載の直接差込エレメント。
- 前記第2のばね領域(5)は、差し込み状態で前記第1の脚(21)の自由端部領域(21a)に接触し、かつ前記第1のばね領域(4)のばね力(F1)と同じ方向で予荷重を受けるように構成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の直接差込エレメント。
- 前記第1のばね領域(4)のばねのたわみを制限するストッパ(24)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の直接差込エレメント。
- 前記第1のばね領域(4)の所定のコンタクト領域から第2の脚(22)までの第1の距離(A1)は、前記第1の脚(21)の前記自由端部(21a)から前記第2の脚(22)までの距離の少なくとも2倍の大きさである、請求項8記載の直接差込エレメント。
