Claims (8)
- 管端部加工機械であって、
当該管端部加工機械に対応して、制御のために、少なくとも1つの計算機ユニットが配置されており、複数の工具(13)が、半径方向で管に向かって接近調節可能に、スピンドルボックス(5)を貫通案内された主スピンドル(10)を介してモータ(4)により駆動される工具ヘッド(11)内で摺動可能に配置されており、該工具ヘッド(11)は、位置固定に緊締された管端部の周りを同軸的に回転し、前記工具は、スライダ(14A,14B;15A,15B;16A,16B)として構成された工具ホルダ内に配置されており、隣り合うスライダは、共に、バランスウェイト(23)を備えて構成された1つの歯車(21)に噛み合う、管端部加工機械において、
前記工具ヘッド(11)は、前記スライダ(14A,14B;15A,15B;16A,16B)に対応して配置された、組み込まれた送りモータ(17)を備えて構成されており、前記各スライダに対応して測定装置(24)が配置されていることを特徴とする、管端部加工機械。 - 半径方向の工具位置調節のために、前記各スライダ(14A,14B;15A,15B;16A,16B)に対応して被制御式の送りモータ(17)が配置されている、請求項1記載の管端部加工機械。
- 半径方向の工具位置調節のために、それぞれ1つのスライダ対(14A,14B;15A,15B,;16A,16B)に対応して被制御式の送りモータ(17)が配置されている、請求項1記載の管端部加工機械。
- 前記送りモータ(17)としてトルクモータが設けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の管端部加工機械。
- 前記送りモータ(17)は、半径方向のスライダ位置調節のために、前記スライダ(14A,14B;15A,15B;16A,16B)に配置されたスピンドル(19)に作用する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の管端部加工機械。
- 前記スピンドルボックス(5)の背面に接続する複数のハウジング(33;30)に、エネルギ−データ伝送部(32)の構成要素並びに制御−駆動ユニット(31)の構成要素が配置されており、該構成要素は、主スピンドル(10)内を延在するケーブルガイド(35)を介して、前記工具ヘッド(11)の前記送りモータ(17)及び前記測定装置(24)に接続されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の管端部加工機械。
- 前記工具ヘッド(11)のベースボディ(12)は、それぞれ隣り合う前記スライダ(14A,14B;15A,15B;16A,16B)の対の間の空間にポケット(27)を備えて構成されており、該ポケット(27)内に、前記ケーブルガイド(35)に接続された、データ−出力伝送のためのコネクタユニット(28)が配置されている、請求項6記載の管端部加工機械。
- 出力−データ伝送部の前記ハウジング(33)及び駆動−制御ユニットの前記ハウジング(30)は、前記主スピンドル(10)上に配置されている、請求項6又は7記載の管端部加工機械。
