Claims (17)
- 「発明の詳細な説明」と題された節における本発明に記載の手順に従って製造される、両側に1つのガラス基板(請求項3の通り)を有する新規の耐引裂きプラスチック内層(請求項2の通り)からなるウィンドシールド材料のための新規組成物。
- 「本発明の詳細な説明」と題された節における本発明に記載されているように、新規なフォトクロミック特性を有する、紫外線及び太陽のまぶしさに抵抗するウィンドシールド材料を得るために、積層前のウィンドシールドにおける現行基準の耐引裂きプラスチック内層を、オキサジン及びナフトピランなどの有機フォトクロミック分子で直接被覆することで、請求項1に記載の新規の耐引裂きプラスチック内層を製造する方法。

- モーターサイクルのヘルメット及びスカイダイビングのヘルメット等の付属品を身に着ける者、大きなガラス窓を有する居住施設又は商業施設に居住している者、並びに飛行機、船舶、船、帆船、汽船、ヨット、ジェット機、及び自動車等の車両を運転する者を、有害かつ注意をそらせる紫外線及び太陽のまぶしさから保護する機能において、遷移眼鏡レンズと類似して作動し得る、請求項1の通りの新規の耐引裂きプラスチック内層を有する請求項1又は4に従って製造される新規のガラスウィンドシールド。

- 太陽光の存在下において、請求項1又は4に従って製造される新規のガラスウィンドシールドの一時的な着色機能により、前部及び後部のウィンドシールド並びに側部のガラス窓を有する自動車において、太陽からのまぶしさに抵抗し、かつ過度の熱の蓄積を回避する方法。
- 太陽光の存在下において、請求項1又は4に従って製造される新規のガラスウィンドシールドの一時的な着色機能により、前部ウィンドシールド及び複数の側部のガラス窓を有する飛行機及びジェット機において、太陽からのまぶしさに抵抗し、かつ過度の熱の蓄積を回避する方法。
- 太陽光の存在下において、請求項1又は4に従って製造される新規のガラスウィンドシールドの一時的な着色機能により、前部及び後部のウィンドシールド並びに側部のガラス窓を有する船舶、船、帆船、汽船、及びヨットにおいて、太陽からのまぶしさに抵抗し、かつ過度の熱の蓄積を回避する方法。
- 太陽光の存在下において、請求項1又は4に従って製造される新規のガラスウィンドシールドの一時的な着色機能により、モーターサイクルのヘルメット及びスカイダイバーのヘルメットにおいて、太陽からのまぶしさに抵抗し、かつ過度の熱の蓄積を回避する方法。
- 居住施設又は商業施設の窓、車両(飛行機、船舶、船、帆船、汽船、ヨット、ジェット機、及び自動車)のウィンドシールド、並びにモーターサイクル及びスカイダイビングのヘルメットのビューイングパネルに、請求項1又は4に従って製造される新規のガラスウィンドシールド材料を使用することを通して、紫外線への暴露を最小限に抑えて皮膚癌及び太陽中毒の危険性を低減する方法。
- 請求項1又は4に従って製造される新規のガラスウィンドシールドから作成され、ウィンドシールドから分離した(現行の不透明、非ガラス着脱可能ユニットを交換する)、あらゆる車両(飛行機、船舶、船、帆船、汽船、ヨット、ジェット機、及び自動車)の運転手及び/又は乗客の前方にある、請求項13に記載の寸法の通りの取り外し可能又は着脱可能な突出ユニット。

- 請求項1又は4に従って製造される新規のガラスウィンドシールドから作成される、請求項13に記載の寸法の取り付け可能なユニットであって、紫外線及び太陽のまぶしさから保護するために、あらゆる車両(飛行機、船舶、船、帆船、汽船、ヨット、ジェット機、及び自動車)の前部ウィンドシールドの部分又は全体領域の内側、居住施設又は商業施設の窓の内側又は外側、並びにモーターサイクル及びスカイダイビングのヘルメットのビューイングパネルの外側に取り付け可能である、取り付け可能なユニット。
