- 前記シンチカラーが前記内視鏡の遠位端部面と等しく又は遠位端部面の遠位に位置している間に、前記縫合糸通し器を、前記内視鏡の前記近位端部から作動させ、縫合糸を前記通路に通すステップ、を更に備える、請求項53に記載の方法。
- 前記シンチプラグが前記内視鏡の遠位面の遠位に位置している間に、前記縫合糸通し器を、前記内視鏡の前記近位端部から作動させ、縫合糸を前記通路に通すステップ、を更に備える、請求項53に記載の方法。
- 患者の組織に結合された一定の長さの縫合糸に縫合糸シンチを取り付ける方法であって、前記方法が、
a)長手方向の貫通穴を有する要素を含む縫合糸シンチが装填されたシンチアプリケータを提供するステップであって、前記シンチアプリケータが、前記縫合糸シンチの前記要素が配置される遠位ハウジングと、前記要素の近位に位置した側部ウィンドウと、を備え、前記長手方向貫通穴と前記側部ウィンドウとの間には、通路が形成されている、ステップと、
b)遠位方向において、縫合糸通し器を、前記通路を通して挿入するステップであって、挿入された際に、前記縫合糸通し器が、前記通路内に延在する部分と、前記シンチ要素の遠位に配置された開口部が設けられた遠位端部と、前記ウィンドウの外部に配置された部分と、を有する、ステップと、
c)前記縫合糸通し器内の前記開口部を通して、前記一定の長さの縫合糸の一部を前進させる、ステップと、
d)前記縫合糸通し器を、近位方向において前記通路から後退させ、これにより、前記一定の長さの縫合糸の前記一部分が、前記縫合糸通し器によって、前記通路を通して引き戻される、ステップと、
e)前記シンチアプリケータを操作し、前記縫合糸の周りに前記縫合糸シンチをロックする、ステップと、
を備える、方法。 - 前記シンチアプリケータを更に操作し、前記縫合糸シンチの前記要素の近位の前記縫合糸を切断するステップ、を更に備える、請求項56に記載の方法。

- 前記縫合糸通し器の前記開口部を通して前記一定の長さの縫合糸の一部分を前進させる前記ステップが、生体内で実行される、請求項56に記載の方法。
- 前記シンチアプリケータが、内視鏡の第1の作業チャネルを通して延在し、前記縫合糸通し器が、前記第1の作業チャネル内で前記シンチアプリケータに沿って延在する、請求項59に記載の方法。
- 前記縫合糸通し器の前記開口部が、前記通路を通して引っ張られた場合に、潰れることができる、請求項56に記載の方法。
- 前記一定の長さの縫合糸の前記一部分が、前記縫合糸通し器により、前記通路を通して引き戻された場合に、前記一定の長さの縫合糸の前記一部分が、前記通路内に引き戻される前記動作により、折り畳まれる、請求項56に記載の方法。
