Abstract
Description
図面の説明は、次に示すとおりである。
‐接合された部品2、3の部品中心の位置決めが簡易に行えること、
‐ワンピースキャストのブレーキディスクと比較して軽量であること、
‐少なくとも1つのブレーキディスク3、3’を有したブレーキディスクチャンバ2を接合する際の、弾塑性変形による材料の特に効果的な利用。
Claims (5)
- 接合工程によって接合されたブレーキディスクチャンバ(2)と少なくとも1つの関連するブレーキリング(3、3’)とを備え、これによって、接合領域(6)において、内側のブレーキリング歯形(8)が、ブレーキディスクチャンバ歯形(7)と係合する、自動車用の複合型ブレーキディスクであって、
該ブレーキディスクチャンバ歯形(7)のブレーキディスクチャンバ歯面(10)、および、さらに、該ブレーキリング歯形(8)のブレーキリング歯面(11)が、該接合領域(6)で異なる嵌合を有することを特徴とする、複合型ブレーキディスク。 - 前記ブレーキディスクチャンバ歯形(7)が、円弧状のブレーキディスクチャンバ歯面(10)を有し、前記ブレーキリング歯形(8)が、インボリュート形態のブレーキリング歯面(11)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の複合型ブレーキディスク。
- それぞれの歯形(7、8)が、歯先端部(12)と歯根部(13)とを有し、これによって、すべての関連する動作温度範囲で、該それぞれの歯形(7、8)の前記歯先端部(12)と前記歯根部(13)との間に、隙間が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の複合型ブレーキディスク。
- 前記内側のブレーキリング歯形(8)、および/または前記ブレーキディスクチャンバ歯形(7)が、前記接合工程により、少なくともそれぞれの歯面(10、11)の領域で弾塑性変形されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の複合型ブレーキディスク。
- 前記ブレーキディスクチャンバ(2)が、前記接合工程前に、円錐形の基本的形状と、その開放端(21)の方へ増加する歯の基準径と、を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の複合型ブレーキディスク。
