Claims (9)
- トランスミッション(1)と軸受(1')、特に風力設備におけるロータ軸受、を潤滑する装置であって、トランスミッション(1)と軸受(1')に装置の少なくとも1つの潤滑循環(3、5)が対応づけられており、その中を装置の駆動中にそれぞれ潤滑媒体が流れる、ものにおいて、
装置が、トランスミッション(1)の潤滑循環(3)と軸受(1')の潤滑循環(5)との間の熱移送のための熱交換装置(7、59、61)を有しており、かつ
熱交換装置(7、59、61)が、装置の駆動中にトランスミッション(1)の潤滑循環(3)内の潤滑媒体の温度と軸受(1')の潤滑循環(5)内の潤滑媒体の温度との間の差を、熱補償によって少なくとも部分的に補償する、
ことを特徴とするトランスミッションと軸受を潤滑する装置。 - 熱交換装置が、分離装置(15)、好ましくは分離装置(15)の第1の側(17)に配置された、熱交換器(59,61)の第1の領域(11)を、分離装置(15)の第2の側(19)に配置された、熱交換器(59、61)の第2の領域(13)から分離するための仕切り壁、を備えた熱交換器(59、61)を有し、
分離装置(15)が、第1の領域(11)と第2の領域(13)を熱的に互いに結合し、かつ
潤滑媒体の1つが第1の領域(11)内で案内可能であり、かつ熱伝達の目的で分離装置(15)の第1の側(17)に接触する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 他の潤滑媒体が第2の領域(13)内で案内可能であり、かつ熱伝達の目的で分離装置(15)の第2の側(19)に接触するので、分離装置(15)から他の潤滑媒体への熱伝達が行われ、かつ分離装置(15)を通る熱通過が生じる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1と2のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 熱交換器(59、61)の分離装置(15)の第2の側(19)に接触する他の潤滑媒体が、対応づけられた潤滑循環(5)と流体を案内するように接続されており、
特に対応づけられた潤滑循環(5)内を流れる他の潤滑媒体が、完全に熱交換器(59、61)を介して案内されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 熱交換器(59、61)の分離装置(15)が、第2の側から熱伝導媒体、特に水−グリコール混合物によって接触されているので、分離装置(15)から熱伝導媒体への熱伝達が行われ、かつ分離装置(15)を通る熱通過が生じる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 熱移送装置が他の熱交換器(59、61)を有し、前記熱交換器がその分離壁(15)の第1の側において熱伝導媒体により、その分離装置(15)の第2の側(19)において、他の熱移送流体としての他の潤滑媒体によって接触されているので、熱伝導媒体が2つの潤滑媒体の間の熱移送を可能にし、しかしそれらから流体密に分離されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。 - 熱移送装置が、潤滑媒体の1つまたは熱伝導媒体を熱交換器(59、61)を通して強制的に案内するためのポンプ(21)を有している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 熱交換器(59、61)が、プレート束交換器またはパイプ束交換器として形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - トランスミッション(1)に対応づけられた潤滑循環(3)とロータ軸受(1')に対応づけられた潤滑循環(5)との間の熱移送が、2つの潤滑循環(3、5)が局所的に狭く隣接していることにより、および、または装置を収容する、風力設備のハウジング(71)の高い熱伝導率によって、改良されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
