Claims (10)
- 排ガス後処理システムに、ディーゼルエンジンの排ガス流内の窒素酸化物を低減させるための還元剤(42)を、特に尿素水溶液を供給するための装置(10)であって、前記還元剤(42)のためのタンク(40)と、特に電気加熱可能な吸込み管(16)を介して前記タンク(40)から前記還元剤(42)を搬出するための搬送モジュール(14)とを備えた前記装置(10)において、
a)前記タンク(40)の外側に延在している前記吸込み管(16)がタンク底部(44)の領域にあるポンプサンプ(12)に接続され、
b)前記ポンプサンプ(12)の領域に、特に電気で作動されるポンプサンプ加熱部(30)が配置され、
c)少なくとも1つの、特に電気で作動される加熱棒(36)が前記タンク(40)内部に達し、
d)前記タンク(40)の外側に少なくとも1つの充填レベルゲージ(18)が延在している、
ことを特徴とする装置(10)。 - 前記ポンプサンプ(12)がタンク開口部(46)を覆い、前記タンク(40)が少なくとも1つのタンク通気部(64)を有している、請求項1に記載の装置(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの補償要素(26)が前記ポンプサンプ(12)内に位置決めされている、請求項1または2に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記ポンプサンプ(12)の領域に少なくとも1つのフィルタ要素(28)が配置されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の装置(10)。
- 前記充填レベルゲージ(18)が少なくとも2本の抵抗線(80,82)によって形成され、該抵抗線が、プラスチックシース(84)を備え、且つ前記還元剤(42)と導電接触することができる、請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の装置(10)。
- 特に前記電気加熱可能な吸込み管(16)、前記ポンプサンプ加熱部(30)、前記加熱棒(36)への供給のための少なくとも2本のケーブル(54,56)が実質的に前記吸込み管(16)に沿って延在している、請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の装置(10)。
- 前記充填レベルゲージ(18)と前記吸込み管(16)と前記少なくとも2つのケーブル(54,56)とが少なくとも部分的に熱絶縁シース(22)によって取り囲まれている、請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の装置(10)。
- 前記少なくとも2つのケーブル(54,56)と前記吸込み管(16)とが前記充填レベルゲージ(18)の内部に延在している、請求項7に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記充填レベルゲージ(18)が少なくとも1つの通気部(20)を有している、請求項1から8のいずれか一つに記載の装置(10)。
- 前記ポンプサンプ(12)が前記タンク底部(44)の隆起部(100)または凹部(102)の領域内に配置されている、請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の装置(10)。
