Abstract
Description

- 少なくとも2つの長孔(176)は、前記基部(170)に縦一列に並んで配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項16、17、18、または19のいずれか1つに記載の電動外科工具。
- 前記基部(170)は、2つの長孔(176)を画定するように形成されており、前記長孔は、前記長孔内の前記センサが同一平面となるように、同一平面になっていることを特徴とする、請求項16、17、18、19、または20のいずれか1つに記載の電動外科工具。
- 前記マウント(160)は、前記センサを前記回路基板(142)の外周から離れて保持するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項16、17、18、19、20、または21のいずれか1つに記載の電動外科工具。
- 電動外科工具用の制御モジュールを組み立てる方法であって、前記制御モジュールは、回路基板(59,142)および少なくとも1つのセンサ(162,164,166,168)が含まれる空所を画定している方法において、

- 前記ポスト(178,182,186)を位置決めする前記ステップは、前記ポストの自由端を前記制御モジュールの内面から内方に延在する凹み内に位置決めするステップを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項23〜25のいずれか1つに記載の制御モジュールを組み立てる方法。
- 前記制御モジュールは、開端を有するシェル(58)および蓋(60,179)からなっており、
前記マウントを位置決めする前記ステップは、前記マウントを前記蓋の内面に位置決めするステップを含んでおり、
前記マウントが前記蓋に位置決めされた後、前記センサが前記制御モジュール空所内に位置決めされるべく、前記蓋が前記シェルに取り付けられるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項23〜26のいずれか1つに記載の制御モジュールを組み立てる方法。 - スペーサ(144)を前記回路基板と前記制御モジュールの隣接するパネルとの間に位置決めするステップをさらに含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項23〜27のいずれか1つに記載の制御モジュールを組み立てる方法。
- 前記マウントを位置決めする前記ステップ中、前記ポストは、前記スペーサに形成された開口(146,148)内に着座されるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の制御モジュールを組み立てる方法。
