Claims (10)
- 継電器又は接触器(19)の動作能力を予測する方法において、前記継電器又は前記接触器(19)を通って流れる電流、及び/又は、前記継電器又は前記接触器(19)に印加される電圧が繰り返し測定され(11、12)、前記測定値が監視ユニット(22)へと伝達され、前記監視ユニット(22)は、前記測定値及びモデルに基づいて、前記継電器又は前記接触器(19)の前記動作能力についての予測を行うことを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記方法は、前記継電器又は前記接触器(19)の劣化(S15)を計算するため、又は、前記継電器又は前記接触器(19)の溶着(S13)を予測するために利用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記監視ユニット(22)は、前記測定値及び前記モデルに基づいて、前記継電器又は前記接触器(19)の現在の温度を推定する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記継電器又は前記接触器の周囲温度が測定され(13)、前記周囲温度の測定値が前記監視ユニット(18)へと伝達される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記継電器又は前記接触器を通って流れる前記電流、及び/又は、前記継電器又は前記接触器に印加される前記電圧は、前記継電器又は前記接触器の切り替え動作の間に測定される(S12、S16)、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記継電器又は前記接触器を通って流れる前記電流、及び/又は、前記継電器又は前記接触器に印加される前記電圧は、前記継電器又は前記接触器が閉鎖されている間に測定される(S15)、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記継電器又は前記接触器の前記推定された温度が温度閾値を上回る場合には(S13、S17)、警報信号が生成される(S14)、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 監視ユニット(22)は、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するよう構成されることを特徴とする、監視ユニット(22)。
- 継電器又は接触器(19)と、請求項8に記載の監視ユニット(22)と、を備えたバッテリ(100)。
- 請求項9に記載のバッテリ(100)を備えた車両、特に電気自動車。
