Abstract
Description
本発明の根底にある問題は、請求項1に記載の弁装置により解決される。有利な構成は、従属請求項に記載されている。さらに本発明にとって重要な特徴は、以下の記載及び図面から看取され、再度詳細に明示しなくても、これらの特徴は単独でも、種々異なる組合せにおいても本発明にとって重要であってよい。

Claims (12)
- 運動エレメント(20)と、該運動エレメント(20)を案内する案内切欠き(64)を有し、弁ハウジング(14)内に圧入されている案内エレメント(32)とを有する弁装置(10)であって、
前記案内エレメント(32)は、半径方向内側の環状の部分(60)と、半径方向外側の環状の部分(62)とを有し、前記半径方向内側の環状の部分(60)に、前記案内切欠き(64)は配置されていて、前記半径方向外側の部分(62)の外周面(66)は複数の接触部分(68)を有し、該接触部分(68)を介して前記半径方向外側の部分(62)は、前記弁ハウジング(14)内に圧入されていて、
前記半径方向内側の環状の部分(60)は、前記半径方向外側の部分(62)に複数の結合部分(70)を介して結合されていて、該結合部分(70)は、周方向で見て前記接触部分(68)に対してずらされて配置されていることを特徴とする、弁装置。 - 前記弁装置は、周面に亘って少なくともほぼ均等に分配されて配置されている、所定の数Nの前記接触部分(68)を有し、前記結合部分(70)は、前記接触部分(68)に対して約180°/Nの角度(W2)だけずらされて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の弁装置。
- 前記結合部分(70)の数量は最大で、前記接触部分(68)の数Nと同じであることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の弁装置。
- 前記数(N)は3であることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3記載の弁装置。
- 周方向で見て前記結合部分(70)の間に切欠き(34)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 前記切欠き(34)は腎臓形であることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の弁装置。
- 前記外側の環状の部分(62)の外周面(66)において、周方向で見て前記接触部分(68)の間に平坦部(74)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 前記平坦部(74)は凸状又は凹状の外輪郭を有することを特徴とする、請求項7記載の弁装置。
- 前記案内エレメント(32)はワンピースに製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までの少なくともいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 前記案内エレメント(32)は、打抜き成形、切削加工法又はMIMにより製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までの少なくともいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 前記弁装置は、燃料、ハイドロリックオイル又はブレーキ液の接続用に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 前記弁装置は、燃料高圧ポンプの流量制御弁であることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の弁装置。
