Claims (10)
- z方向で延伸する軸(A)を中心に転がり軸受(3,4)を使って本体(2)に相対的に回転自在で配設されているシャフト(1)を含んでいる角度測定装置であって、
シャフト(1)には、一つの平面(1.1.1)を有する基準尺(1.1)が回転固定して取り付けられており、
本体(2)が、基準尺(1.1)を走査検知するために走査検知装置(2.3)を有しており、
転がり軸受(3,4)もシーリングユニット(5;5’)も、基準尺(1.1)でz方向に関して平面(1.1.1)に対向している側に配設されている
角度測定装置において、
シーリングユニット(5;5’)には、相対的に互いが回転自在であるリング(5.1,5.2;5.1’,5.2’)を含んでおり、前記リングがスキマにより互いが切り離されて配設されており、前記スキマが少なくとも部分的に流体(5.3;5.3’)で満たされている
ことを特徴とする角度測定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の角度測定装置において、
シーリングユニット(5;5’)が、シャフト(1)に取り付けられた内側リング(5.1,;5.1’)および本体(2)に取り付けられた外側リング(5.2;5.2’)を有しており、前記リング(5.1,5.2;5.1’,5.2’)は、シャフト(1)に取り付けられたリング(5.1,;5.1’)の最大径(D;D’)が、本体(2)に取り付けられたリング(5.2;5.2’)の最小径(d;d’)と較べて大きくなるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする角度測定装置。 - 請求項2に記載の角度測定装置において、
シャフト(1)に取り付けられたリング(5.1,;5.1’)が、ラジアル方向に出ている突出部(5.1.1)を有しており、前記突出部が流体(5.3,;5.3’)と接触している
ことを特徴とする角度測定装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載の角度測定装置において、
シャフト(1)に取り付けられたリング(5.1,;5.1’)が、ラジアル方向に出ている突出部(5.1.1)を有しており、前記突出部が本体(2)に取り付けられたリング(5.2,;5.2’)の円周方向溝の中に入り込んでいる
ことを特徴とする角度測定装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の角度測定装置において、
リング(5.1,5.2;5.1’,5.2’)の少なくとも一つが、複数分割して組み付けられている
ことを特徴とする角度測定装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の角度測定装置において、
角度測定装置が、二つの転がり軸受(3,4)を有している
ことを特徴とする角度測定装置。 - 請求項6に記載の角度測定装置において、
シーリングユニット(5;5’)が、シャフト(1)に取り付けられたリング(5.1,;5.1’)および本体(2)に取り付けられたリング(5.2,;5.2’)を有しており、前記リング(5.1,5.2;5.1’,5.2’)が、転がり軸受(3,4)の間に配設されている
ことを特徴とする角度測定装置。 - 請求項7に記載の角度測定装置において、
リング(5.1,5.2;5.1’,5.2’)の少なくとも一つが、z方向で予圧されている
ことを特徴とする角度測定装置。 - 請求項7または8に記載の角度測定装置において、
本体(2)に取り付けられたリング(5.2,;5.2’)が、z方向で予圧されている
ことを特徴とする角度測定装置。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の角度測定装置において、
シャフト(1)に取り付けられたリング(5.1’)が、流体用の油溜り(5.1.1.1’)を有している
ことを特徴とする角度測定装置。
