Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも奇数で三つの視覚画像システムと各視覚画像システムに接続される位置判別システム、位置判別システムに接続される障害物判断決議システム及び各視覚画像システムに接続される電力ユニットが、備えられる。これにより、踏切障害物の検知に応用でき、日中運行可能の各視覚画像システムで、各単一視覚画像システムのデータを位置判別システムで演算した後、演算結果を、障害物判断決議システムに送って判断する。

Claims (6)
- それぞれ、踏切に設けられた監視領域にある障害物を検知や追跡して、障害物データを出力する少なくとも奇数で三つの視覚画像システムと、
各視覚画像システムに接続され、各視覚画像システムによって検知された障害物データを受信し、障害物の位置を、踏切の監視領域に対応してその一部領域を判断して、各一部領域の障害物データを出力する位置判別システムと、
位置判別システムに接続され、各一部領域の障害物データにより、踏切の監視領域に障害物が存在するかを判断する障害物判断決議システムと、
各視覚画像システムに接続される電力ユニットとが含有される、
ことを特徴とする踏切障害物多重コンピューター視覚識別システム。 - 上記視覚画像システムは、カメラと赤外線投射器が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の踏切障害物多重コンピューター視覚識別システム。
- 上記位置判別システムは、演算器と画像識別器が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の踏切障害物多重コンピューター視覚識別システム。
- 上記画像識別器は、補償マトリックスメカニズムで、全体視覚識別システムにおいて、有効的且つ正確的に各画像によって検知された障害物の位置を演算でき、障害物を精密に識別できることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の踏切障害物多重コンピューター視覚識別システム。
- 上記障害物判断決議システムは、更に、出力機構が接続され、上記出力機構から、踏切に所有される非常ボタンに対して、信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の踏切障害物多重コンピューター視覚識別システム。
- 上記出力機構は、喇叭と表示部が備えられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の踏切障害物多重コンピューター視覚識別システム。
