Abstract
【解決手段】車両の車体後部に形成された凹部11aに搭載されるバッテリパック12は、バッテリモジュール20と、これを前後から挟んで保持する前部保持部材15および後部保持部材16と、前部保持部材15の前面に支持されたジャンクションボード24とを備える。後面衝突によりバッテリモジュール20のフレーム29に押圧されて前部保持部材15が前進すると、前部保持部材15の前面に支持されたジャンクションボード24が凹部11aの前壁11bとの間に挟まれる虞があるが、前部保持部材15の前面に押し込み部材56を備え、押し込み部材56の前後方向寸法はジャンクションボード24の前後方向寸法よりも大きいので、押し込み部材56が凹部11aの前壁11bに当接して突っ張ることで形成される空間にジャンクションボード24を位置させて損傷を防止することができる。

Claims (3)
- 車両の車体後部に形成された凹部(11a)に搭載される蓄電装置(12)が、蓄電池群(20)と、前記蓄電池群(20)を前後から挟んで保持する前部保持部材(15)および後部保持部材(16)と、前記前部保持部材(15)の前面に支持された高電圧部材(24)とを備える車両用蓄電装置であって、
前記前部保持部材(15)の前面に設けられて前記凹部(11a)の前壁(11b)に対向する押し込み部材(56)を備え、前記押し込み部材(56)の前後方向寸法は前記高電圧部材(24)の前後方向寸法よりも大きいことを特徴とする車両用蓄電装置。 - 前記蓄電池群(20)、前記高電圧部材(24)、前記前部保持部材(15)および前記後部保持部材(16)を収納するケース(13)を備え、前記押し込み部材(56)は前後方向に重なる後部押し込み部材(56a)および前部押し込み部材(56b)に分割され、前記後部押し込み部材(56a)は前記前部保持部材(15)の前面および前記ケース(13)の前壁(13c)間に配置され、前記前部押し込み部材(56b)には前記ケース(13)の前壁(13c)および前記凹部(11a)の前壁(11b)間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用蓄電装置。
- 前記前部押し込み部材(56b)の高さは前記後部押し込み部材(56a)の高さよりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両用蓄電装置。
