Description
また、ファン本体のそれぞれの翼には翼先端部から翼中空部に連通する嵌合メス部が形成され、シュラウドの各翼相当位置にはシュラウドよりファン高さ方向に延出する嵌合オス部が形成されている。
しかし特許文献2の形状のターボファンは、図13に示すような形状である。ターボファンの翼部分と底板は一体成形されているので成形用の金型が複雑になるという問題があった。またシュラウドにも翼部分と同数の、翼部分と固着接合するための凸状嵌合部が設けられている。従ってシュラウドを成形する金型も複雑になり、製造コストが上昇するという問題があった。
主板2は、図3に示すように、その中央部にモータを覆うように形成された凸形状のハブ22と、ハブ22の中心部にモータのシャフトが高さ方向(図1から図3の上下方向)に挿入されて固定されるボス21とを有している。また主板の周縁部には、図3に示すように、羽根部材4と組立接合する際に羽根部材を嵌込む嵌合部23を羽根部材4の個数分設けられている。
シュラウド3を図7により説明する。図7は、図1及び図2のシュラウド3を、嵌合部33が見えるように裏面から見た図面である。シュラウド3は、図7に示すように、中央部には大きな開口部31を有している。また周辺部32には、主板2に嵌合された羽根部材4に相対する位置に、羽根部材の頂部と嵌合する嵌合部33を羽根部材と同数備えている。周辺部32は、外周方向に略傾斜面を呈している。嵌合部33は、図8に示すように、羽根部材の頂部4Tの形状(図11参照)に合わせて階段状を呈し、その壁部332に沿って羽根部材4の頂部4Tが嵌まり込み位置決めされるように構成されている。嵌合部33は、以下本実施形態の形状に即して嵌合凹部33という。
羽根部材4について、図11及び図12により説明する。羽根部材4は、主板2の嵌合部23に嵌り込む底部4Bとシュラウド3の嵌合凹部33に嵌り込む頂部4Tを備えている。また底部には、主板2の嵌合部23のピン232が挿通する穴414が設けられている。主板2とシュラウド3は、各々の嵌合部23と嵌合凹部33に複数の羽根部材4の底部4Bと頂部4Tを嵌め込み接合される。
上記ように構成された、主板2、シュラウド3及び複数の羽根部材4を図1に示すように、主板2の嵌合部23に羽根部材4の底部4Bを嵌め合せ、シュラウド3の嵌合凹部33に羽根部材4の頂部4Tを嵌め合せし仮組を行なう。このように仮組されたものを、以下「ワーク」と称する。この状態で、羽根部材4の底部4Bは、図6に示すように主板2の嵌合部23の溶着エッジと接触している状態である。また、羽根部材4の頂部4Tは、図10に示すようにシュラウド3の嵌合凹部33の溶着エッジと接触している状態である。

Claims (7)
- 中央部にモータの回転軸に固定されるボスを有する主板と、吸込み導風壁を形成するシュラウドと複数の羽根部材を熱可塑性樹脂で別々に成形し、
前記主板は、前記複数の羽根部材との嵌合部を有し、
前記シュラウドは前記複数の羽根部材との嵌合部を有し、
前記複数の羽根部材を、前記主板と前記シュラウドの前記複数の嵌合部に回転軸に平行に嵌合させ超音波溶着にて一体化した
ことを特徴とするターボファン。 - 前記羽根部材は、二つの羽根部品を組み合わせた羽根部材であって、
一方の羽根部品の複数個所に凹部を設け、他方の羽根部品に前記凹部と嵌合する凸部を前記凹部と同数設け、前記二つの羽根部品を嵌合させた羽根部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボファン。 - 前記羽根部材は、超音波溶着にて、主板及びシュラウドと溶着する際の加圧方向にリブを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のターボファン。
- 前記主板と前記羽根部材との嵌合部、及び前記シュラウドと前記羽根部材との嵌合部に溶着エッジを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のターボファン。
- 前記シュラウドと前記羽根部材との嵌合部に設けた溶着エッジは、嵌合部の中央から羽根部材の正圧面側または負圧面側に偏らせて設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のターボファン。
- 前記シュラウドと前記羽根部材との嵌合部に設けた溶着エッジは、嵌合部の中央に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のターボファン。
- 前記羽根部材は、主板との嵌合部、及びシュラウドとの嵌合部に溶着エッジを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のターボファン。
