Claims (10)
- 基板と、
前記基板と対向して配された封止部材と、
前記基板と前記封止部材との間に形成され、発光領域及び非発光領域を持つ複数のピクセルと、
少なくとも前記発光領域と重なって形成された第1電極と、
前記第1電極上に形成されて有機発光層を備える中間層と、
前記中間層上に形成される第2電極と、
前記封止部材の面のうち前記基板と対向する面に配されて前記発光領域に対応する開口部及び前記開口部周辺に形成されて前記非発光領域に対応する反射面を備える反射部材と、を備える有機発光表示装置。 - 前記非発光領域に形成され、前記反射面と重なって配された透過領域をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記透過領域は、前記複数のピクセルのうち2つ以上のピクセルにかけて共通形成される、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記透過領域に対応して、前記第2電極は透過窓を備える、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記ピクセルは、一つ以上の絶縁膜を備え、
前記透過領域に対応して、前記絶縁膜は透過窓を備える、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記ピクセルは、一つ以上の絶縁膜を備え、
前記透過領域に対応して、前記絶縁膜は透過窓を備え、前記透過領域に対応して、前記第2電極は透過窓を備え、前記絶縁膜の透過窓及び前記第2電極の透過窓は、同じパターンを持つように形成された、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記反射部材の反射面は、鏡面反射特性を持つ、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記反射部材の反射面の反射率は、前記発光領域の平均反射率の90%以上110%以下である、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記反射部材の反射面の反射率は、700nmから800nmの光に対する反射率よりも、400nmから500nmの光に対する反射率の方が低いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記反射部材は、Ni、Cr、W、VまたはMoを含むように形成された、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
