Claims (17)
- 백라이트상기 백라트이트 상에 배치된 액정층상기 백라이트와 상기 액정층 사이에 배치되는 제1 편광층상기 액정층의 상기 백라이트를 향하는 방향의 반대방향에 배치되는 제2 편광층을 포함하고,상기 제1 편광층의 상기 백라이트를 향하는 일면은 반사면을 구비하고, 타면은 흡수면을 구비하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 백라이트의 면 중 상기 제1 편광층을 향하는 면의 반대면에 배치된 반사막을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 반사막과 상기 백라이트 사이에 배치된 1/4 파장 위상차층을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 백라이트상기 백라트이트 상에 배치된 액정층상기 백라이트와 상기 액정층 사이에 배치되고, 복수 개의 그리드와 흡수 부재를 구비하는 제1 편광층상기 액정층의 상기 백라이트를 향하는 방향의 반대방향에 배치되는 제2 편광층을 포함하고,상기 제1 편광층의 그리드는 금속을 포함하고 상기 백라이트를 향하는 방향에 배치되고, 상기 흡수 부재는 유전 물질을 포함하고 상기 액정층과 상기 그리드 사이에 배치되는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 흡수 부재는 상기 그리드와 동일한 패턴으로 그리드와 적층되는 형태인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 흡수 부재는 카드뮴셀레나이드(CdSe), 카드뮴텔루라이드(CdTe) 또는 루테늄(Ruthenium)을 포함하는 재료로 형성되는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 흡수 부재는 유기물을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 흡수 부재는 무기물을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 흡수 부재는 금속을 더 포함하고, 상기 금속과 상기 유전 물질은 혼합물을 이루는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 백라이트의 면 중 상기 제1 편광층을 향하는 면의 반대면에 배치된 반사막을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 반사층과 상기 백라이트 사이에 배치된 1/4 파장 위상차층을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 백라이트상기 백라트이트 상에 배치된 액정층상기 백라이트와 상기 액정층 사이에 배치되고 복수의 그리드를 구비하는 제1 편광층상기 액정층의 상기 백라이트를 향하는 방향의 반대방향에 배치되는 제2 편광층을 포함하고,상기 그리드는 제1 성분 및 제2 성분을 포함하고, 상기 제1 성분 및 제2 성분은 상기 그리드의 두께 방향으로 농도 구배를 갖고, 상기 제1 성분은 유전 물질을 포함하고, 상기 제2 성분은 금속을 포함하며, 상기 제1 성분은 상기 액정층을 향하는 방향으로 갈수록 함량이 증가하고, 상기 제2 성분은 상기 백라이트를 향하는 방향으로 갈수록 함량이 증가하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제12 항에 있어서,상기 제1 성분은 SiOx(x≥1), SiNx(x≥1), MgF2, CaF2, Al2O3, SnO2, ITO(indium tin oxide), IZO(indium zinc oxide), ZnO 및 In2O3로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제12 항에 있어서,상기 제2 성분은 Fe, Co, V, Ti, Al, Ag, Si, Cr, Mo, Ge, Y, Zn, Zr, W, Ta, Cu 및 Pt로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제12 항에 있어서,상기 그리드는 소정의 간격으로 이격되어 스트라이프 형태로 패터닝된 액정 표시 장치.
- 제12 항에 있어서,상기 백라이트의 면 중 상기 제1 편광층을 향하는 면의 반대면에 배치된 반사막을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제12 항에 있어서,상기 반사층과 상기 백라이트 사이에 배치된 1/4 파장 위상차층을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
