Abstract
【解決手段】
本発明の農作物の鮮度保持方法は、農作物に近赤外光を照射する近赤外光照射工程を含み、前記近赤外光照射工程が、互いに異なる2つ以上のピーク波長を持つ近赤外光照射光源を用いて実施されることを特徴とする。前記近赤外光の波長は、700nm〜2500nmの範囲であることが好ましい。前記近赤外光照射工程において、前記近赤外光の照射に加えて可視光の照射も実施することが好ましい。前記近赤外光の照射光強度は、1.4×10−2W/m2〜1.4×1024W/m2の範囲とすることが好ましい。

Description
(コマツナでの連続照射試験)
コマツナに、ピーク波長が異なる2つの近赤外光LEDを用いて近赤外光を照射し、蒸散量が抑制されることを確認した。
(ミックスベジタブルでの連続照射試験)
リーフレタス、サラダナ、ミズナおよびシソ(大葉)を含むミックスベジタブルに、ピーク波長が異なる2つのLEDを用いて、近赤外光を照射し、蒸散量が抑制されることを確認した。
(イチゴでの連続照射試験)
イチゴに、ピーク波長が異なる2つの近赤外光LEDを用いて近赤外光を照射し、蒸散量が抑制され、且つ、果実硬度の軟化が抑制されることを確認した。
温度18〜23℃、湿度30〜50%、照射光強度2W/m2(白色LED)の条件下において、照射光強度1W/m2の850nmまたは940nmの単色光近赤外光(参考例5または6)、もしくは、照射光強度0.5W/m2の850nmおよび940nmにピーク波長を有する近赤外光を混合した実施例の混合近赤外光(実施例3)を、イチゴにそれぞれ24時間連続照射し、前記照射後に蒸散量を求めた。比較例は、近赤外光を照射しない以外は同様にして、蒸散量を求めた(比較例3)。相対蒸散量は、比較例の蒸散量を1とした時の、各サンプルの蒸散量の相対値とした。また、蒸散抑制率は、実施例1と同様にして求めた。
前記(1)と同様の条件で、単色光近赤外光(参考例7または8)、または、実施例の混合近赤外光(実施例4)を、イチゴにそれぞれ24時間連続照射し、前記照射後のイチゴの果実硬度を果実硬度計KM−1型(藤原製作所製)により測定した。比較例は、近赤外光を照射しない以外は同様にして、イチゴの果実硬度を求めた(比較例4)。軟化抑制率は、下記数式2により求めた。
(2つの近赤外光の混合比を変えた混合近赤外光を用いたコマツナでの連続照射試験)
コマツナに、ピーク波長が異なる2つの近赤外LEDを用いて、2つの近赤外光の混合比を変えた近赤外光を照射し、2つの近赤外光の混合比によらず、蒸散量が抑制されることを確認した。
(コマツナでの短時間照射試験)
コマツナに、ピーク波長が異なる2つの近赤外光LEDを用いて近赤外光を照射し、蒸散量が抑制されることを確認した。
(リーフレタスでの短時間照射試験)
リーフレタスに、ピーク波長が異なる2つの近赤外光LEDを用いて近赤外光を照射し、蒸散量が抑制されることを確認した。
(トマトでの短時間照射試験)
トマトに、ピーク波長が異なる2つの近赤外光LEDを用いて近赤外光を照射し、蒸散量が抑制されることを確認した。
(カキでの短時間照射試験)
カキに、ピーク波長が異なる2つの近赤外光LEDを用いて近赤外光を照射し、蒸散量が抑制されることを確認した。
(マーガレットでの大光量極短時間照射試験)
マーガレットに、ピーク波長が異なる近赤外光レーザーおよび近赤外光LEDを用いて近赤外光を照射し、蒸散量が抑制されることを確認した。

Claims (17)
- 農作物の鮮度保持方法であって、
農作物に近赤外光を照射する近赤外光照射工程を含み、
前記近赤外光照射工程が、互いに異なる2つ以上のピーク波長を持つ近赤外光照射光源を用いて実施されることを特徴とする農作物の鮮度保持方法。 - 前記近赤外光の波長の範囲が、700nm〜2500nmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の農作物の鮮度保持方法。
- 前記近赤外光照射工程において、前記近赤外光の照射に加えて可視光の照射も実施することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の農作物の鮮度保持方法。
- 前記近赤外光の照射光強度を、1.4×10−2W/m2〜1.4×1024W/m2の範囲とすることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の農作物の鮮度保持方法。
- 前記近赤外光の照射時間を、1フェムト秒〜72時間の範囲とすることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の農作物の鮮度保持方法。
- 前記農作物が、野菜類であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の農作物の鮮度保持方法。
- 前記農作物が、果実類であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の農作物の鮮度保持方法。
- 前記農作物が、花卉類であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の農作物の鮮度保持方法。
- 農作物の鮮度保持装置であって、
前記農作物に近赤外光を照射する近赤外光照射手段を含み、
前記近赤外光照射手段が、互いに異なる2つ以上のピーク波長を持つ近赤外光照射光源であることを特徴とする農作物の鮮度保持装置。 - さらに、光強度制御手段および照射時間制御手段を備え、
前記光強度制御手段により前記光源の照射光強度が制御され、
前記照射時間制御手段により前記光源の照射時間が制御されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の農作物の鮮度保持装置。 - さらに、前記農作物に可視光を照射する可視光照射手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の農作物の鮮度保持装置。
- 農作物を収納する収納庫であって、
請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の農作物の鮮度保持装置を含むことを特徴とする収納庫。 - 前記収納庫が、冷蔵庫であることを特徴とする請求項12記載の収納庫。
- 農作物を輸送する輸送手段であって、
請求項12または13記載の収納庫を含むことを特徴とする輸送手段。 - 前記収納庫が、輸送コンテナであることを特徴とする請求項12記載の収納庫。
- 農作物を陳列する陳列装置であって、
請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の農作物の鮮度保持装置を含むことを特徴とする陳列装置。 - 生鮮農作物の生産方法であって、
収穫後の農作物に対し、鮮度保持処理を行う鮮度保持処理工程を含み、
前記鮮度保持処理工程が、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の農作物の鮮度保持方法により行われることを特徴とする生産方法。
