Abstract
【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂製のろ板9の表面にろ過膜10がその周縁の接合部11で接合された膜カートリッジであって、前記接合部11は少なくとも内縁部P1が内側のろ板表面P2に対してろ過膜9の周縁端P3に向かって10度以上45度以下の下り勾配に形成され、そのような傾斜面部を備えた加熱板または超音波ホーンを用いて押圧融着されている。

Description
図1に示すように、膜分離活性汚泥法が採用された汚水処理設備1は、前処理設備2と、流量調整槽3と、膜分離装置6が浸漬配置された膜分離槽4と、処理水槽5が設けられている。

Claims (7)
- 熱可塑性樹脂製のろ板の表面にろ過膜がその周縁の接合部で接合された膜カートリッジであって、
前記接合部は少なくとも内縁部が内側のろ板表面に対してろ過膜の周縁端に向かって下り勾配であることを特徴とする膜カートリッジ。 - 前記下り勾配が10度以上50度以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の膜カートリッジ。
- 前記下り勾配が15度以上35度以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の膜カートリッジ。
- 熱可塑性樹脂製のろ板の表面にろ過膜がその周縁の接合部で接合された膜カートリッジの製造方法であって、
前記接合部は少なくとも内縁部が内側のろ板表面に対してろ過膜の周縁端に向かって下り勾配となるように傾斜部を備えた押圧具を用いて、ろ過膜の周縁が挟持された状態で前記ろ板を押圧することにより接合することを特徴とする膜カートリッジの製造方法。 - 前記接合部に対応するろ板表面が接合前の状態で下り勾配でないことを特徴とする請求項4記載の膜カートリッジの製造方法。
- 前記下り勾配が10度以上50度以下となるように前記押圧具の傾斜部が設定されることを特徴とする請求項4または5記載の膜カートリッジの製造方法。
- 前記下り勾配が15度以上35度以下となるように前記押圧具の傾斜部が設定されることを特徴とする請求項4または5記載の膜カートリッジの製造方法。
