Claims (4)
- 熱可塑性樹脂製のろ板の表面にろ過膜がその周縁の接合部で接合された膜カートリッジであって、
前記接合部の内縁端の内側であって、前記ろ板の表面にろ過水が流れる溝部が形成される前記ろ板の中央部の外側に、前記ろ板の厚み方向において前記接合部および前記中央部よりも高い凸部が、前記接合部に沿って環状に前記ろ板に形成されていることを特徴とする膜カートリッジ。 - 前記接合部の内縁端から前記凸部への接線が、ろ板表面と平行な方向に対して10度以上傾斜することを特徴とする請求項1記載の膜カートリッジ。
- 前記凸部の前記接合部側の角部が、前記ろ過膜の厚さの2倍以上の曲率半径を備える形状であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の膜カートリッジ。
- 前記接合部の内縁端からの前記凸部の高さが、前記ろ過膜の厚さの1倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の膜カートリッジ。
