Abstract
【解決手段】入力プーリ12と出力プーリ14にチェーン16(無端可撓部材)が巻き渡される。入力および出力プーリ12,14は、それぞれ対をなす固定シーブ20,30と移動シーブ22,32を含む。固定シーブおよび移動シーブの各々は、互いに対向する円錐面24,26、34,36を有し、円錐面によりプーリにV溝が形成される。固定シーブ30には、その外周面44に圧接する制振プレート(制振構造体)46が固定されている。固定シーブ30が振動したとき、その外周面44と制振プレート46の摩擦により振動が抑制される。

Claims (5)
- V溝を形成する対向する円錐面を各々有する対をなすシーブをそれぞれ含む2個のプーリ間に、無端可撓部材を巻き渡し、対をなすシーブ間の距離を変更してプーリ間の伝達速度比を変更する無段変速機であって、少なくとも一つのシーブの外周面に圧接する制振構造体を有する無段変速機。
- 請求項1に記載の無段変速機であって、制振構造体は、シーブを取り囲むように位置する複数の箇所または全周で、シーブに接している、無段変速機。
- 請求項1または2に記載の無段変速機であって、シーブの、制振構造体が接する外周面はテーパ形状である、無段変速機。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の無段変速機であって、制振構造体は、シーブの外周面に対向して位置する円環形状の部分を有し、この円環形状の部分の少なくとも一部がシーブの外周面に圧接する、無段変速機。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の無段変速機であって、対をなすシーブは、軸に対し一方が固定され他方が移動可能であり、制振構造体は軸に対して固定されたシーブの円板部分の中央径より内側にて当該シーブに固定される、無段変速機。
