b.ポリオール成分i)のイソシアネート反応性成分の全量を基準に30〜70重量%の、50〜480g/モルの数平均当量および2〜8、好ましくは2〜6の官能価を有するポリエーテルポリオール、
c.必要に応じて連鎖延長剤および/または架橋剤、
d.ポリオール成分i)のイソシアネート反応性成分の全量を基準に1〜15重量%の水、および必要に応じてさらなる発泡剤、
e.ポリオール成分i)のイソシアネート反応性成分の全量を基準に0.3〜5重量%の触媒、
f.必要に応じて助剤および/またはアジュバント
からなるポリオール成分、および
ii)g.イソシアネート成分ii)を基準に55〜100重量%、好ましくは60〜80重量%の、1:1〜7:1、好ましくは2:1〜3:1の4,4’−MDI対2,4’−MDIの異性体重量比を有する二官能性ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)、
h.イソシアネート成分ii)を基準に0〜45重量%、好ましくは20〜40重量%の、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)の高級同族体
を含んでなるイソシアネート成分
からなる成分の反応から得られ、
B)少なくとも2つのフォーム層はそれぞれ、少なくともISO 10543について1cmの層厚みにおいて315〜6350Hzの範囲で20%の平均音吸収を有する。
フォームAを、まず、0.66dm3体積の紙ビーカーにおいて、61.86重量部のグリセロール開始のエチレンオキシド末端ポリプロピレンオキシド(6000g/mol)、0.83重量部のグリセロール開始のエチレンオキシド末端ポリプロピレンオキシド(4550g/mol)、0.29重量部のジエタノールアミン、0.54重量部のグリセロール、1.68重量部の水、0.17重量部のTegostab B8734LF2、0.13重量部のTegocolor Black HIおよび1.08重量部のPC CAT NP712の混合物を混合し、混合をPendraulik撹拌機(撹拌板直径6.5cm)で200Hzにおいて10秒間行い、この混合物に空気を装填することにより製造した。その後、32.75重量部の2,4’−MDI、4、4’−MDI、4,4’−MDIのビウレットおよび高級MDI同族体の混合物を添加した。その混合物は、700Hzにおいて5秒間同一撹拌機で混合した。フォームは、イソシアネートの添加および混合の開始から5秒後にライズし始めた。フォームは、さらに50秒間ライズした。フォームが硬化した後、突出するドーム部分を、ビーカーの端においてナイフで切断した。ビーカー重量を差し引いた後、28.4グラムのフォームが、0.66dm3ビーカー体積中にあることが見出された。これは43kg/m3の密度に相当する。音響測定のためのフォーム切片の製造のために、上記で示された式と同様に、208グラムのポリオール/イソシアネート混合物を、2×2×0.4m3体積のアルミニウム鋳型へ導入した。蓋をロックした後、フォームを、鋳型中で2分間硬化した。音響測定のための試験片を、フォームパネルのコアから切断した。コアにおけるフォームの密度(DIN53420)は、120グラム/dm3である。引張強度は315kPa、破断点伸びは87%である(ISO 1798)。40%圧縮における圧縮硬度は30kPaである(ISO 3386−1−98)。
フォームBを、まず、0.93dm3体積の金属系紙ビーカーにおいて、7.7重量部のグリセロール開始のエチレンオキシド末端ポリプロピレンオキシド(6000g/mol)、14.64重量部のエチレンオキシド末端プロピレングリコール開始ポリプロピレンオキシド(4000g/mol)、3.85重量部のプロピレングリコール開始エチレンオキシド末端ポリプロピレンオキシド(2000g/mol)、3.87重量部のオルト−トリレンジアミン開始エチレンオキシド末端ポリプロピレンオキシド(490g/モル)、1.63重量部のエチレンジアミン開始ポリプロピレンオキシド(350g/モル)、3.63重量部の水、0.54重量部のOrtegol 501、0.18重量部のTegostab B8870、0.18重量部のIsopur N黒色ペースト、および0.73重量部のDesmorapid 59IF08触媒の混合物を混合し、混合をPendraulik撹拌機(撹拌板直径6.5cm)で200Hzにおいて10秒間行い、この混合物に空気を装填することにより製造した。その後、63.13重量部の2,4’−MDI、4、4’−MDIおよび高級MDI同族体の混合物(混合比23:51:26)を添加した。混合物は、10秒間700Hzにおいて同一撹拌機で混合し、テフロンシートで内張りされた3×3×3×dm3の体積を有する木箱中へ注いだ。イソシアネートの添加および混合の開始から140秒後に初めて、マッチを用いてフォームから糸状に引くことが可能となった。さらに2分後、フォームを脱型し、24時間そのまま放置した。その後、1dm端長さの立方体をコアから切断した。立方体は17グラムの重さである。これは17kg/m3の密度に相当する。音響測定のために試験片を中間部分においてフォームから切断し、上の中央の立方体はグロス密度を決定するために用いた。引張強度は97kPa、破断点伸びは20%である(DIN 53430)。圧縮硬度は、64kPa(EN826)である。連続気泡含有量は、95%である(DIN ISO 4590−86)。
フォームCを、まず、0.93dm3体積の金属系紙ビーカーにおいて、12.09重量部のグリセロール/ソルビトール共開始のエチレンオキシドキャップでのポリプロピレンオキシド(6000g/mol)、3.84重量部のポリプロピレングリコール(400g/mol)、15.93重量部のグリセロール開始ポリプロピレンオキシド(510g/モル)、2.3重量部のグリセロール、2.5重量部の水、0.58重量部のPolyurax SR272、0.19重量部のIsopur N黒色ペースト、1.15重量部のオレイン酸およびジメチルアミノプロピルアミンの反応生成物(モル比1:1)の混合物を混合し、この混合をPendraulik撹拌機(撹拌板直径6.5cm)で200Hzにおいて10秒間行い、この混合物を空気で装填することにより製造した。その後、61.42重量部の2,4’−MDI、4、4’−MDIおよび高級MDI同族体の混合物(混合比23:51:26)を添加した。混合物は、10秒間700Hzにおいて同一撹拌機で混合し、テフロンシートで内張りされた3×3×3×dm3の体積を有する木箱中へ注いだ。5分後、フォームを脱型し、24時間そのまま放置した。その後、1dm端長さの立方体をコアから切断した。立方体は24グラムの重さである。これは24kg/m3の密度に相当する。音響測定のための試験片を、上部、中間および底部においてフォームのコアから切断した。報告する値は、これらの3つのパネルからの平均値である。引張強度は115kPaであり、破断点伸びは14%である(DIN 53430)。圧縮硬度は、96kPa(EN826)である。連続気泡含有量は、84%である(DIN ISO 4590−86)。
フォームDの製造
フォームDを、まず、0.66dm3体積の紙ビーカーにおいて、62.8重量部のグリセロール開始のエチレンオキシド末端ポリプロピレンオキシド(6200g/mol)、0.33重量部のグリセロール、2.33重量部の水、0.5重量部のTegostab B8734LF2、0.13重量部のTegocolor Black HI、0.27重量部のJeffcat DMAPA、および0.27重量部のPC CAT NP712の混合物を混合し、混合をPendraulik撹拌機(撹拌板直径6.5cm)で200Hzにおいて10秒間行い、この混合物に空気を装填することにより製造した。その後、33.7重量部の2,4’−MDI、4、4’−MDI、4,4’−MDIのビウレットおよび高級MDI同族体の混合物(1:68:20:11)を添加した。その混合物は、700Hzにおいて5秒間同一撹拌機で混合した。フォームは、イソシアネートの添加および混合の開始から13秒後にライズし始めた。フォームは、さらに54秒間ライズした。フォームが硬化した後、突出するドーム部分を、ビーカーの端においてナイフで切断した。ビーカー重量を差し引いた後、38.9グラムのフォームが、0.66 dm3ビーカー体積中にあることが見出された。これは59kg/m3の密度に相当する。
フォームE、およびフォームEとフォームCの複合材料部材(実施例14〜16、表1参照)の製造
フォームEを、60.23重量部のプロピレングリコール開始のエチレンオキシド末端ポリプロピレンオキシド(6200g/mol)、0.49重量部のジエタノールアミン、2.42重量部の水、0.2重量部のTegostab B8734LF2、0.2重量部のIsopur N黒色ペースト、1.96重量部のMesamoll、0.16重量部のJeffcat ZF10、0.68重量部のジメチルアミノヘキサノールおよび0.04重量部のDabco NE300の混合物を混合し、混合をPendraulik撹拌機(撹拌板直径6.5cm)で200Hzにおいて10秒間行い、この混合物に空気を装填することにより製造した。その後、33.45重量部の2,4’−MDI、4、4’−MDI、4,4’−MDIおよび高級MDI同族体の混合物を添加した。その混合物は、700Hzにおいて5秒間同一撹拌機で混合した。この混合物を、タイプCフォームパネル10mm厚を、底部または蓋へ予め固定した1.6dm3体積の温度調節された折り畳み蓋付鋳型中へ導入した。ある実例では、いずれの場合にも挿入されたフォームパネルを湿らせた。3分後、鋳型を開放した。
Claims (2)
- 異なったイソシアネート系フォームの少なくとも2つの層を有し、各層が少なくとも5mmの厚みを有する複合材料部材であって、各層は、≦130kg/m3のDIN53420密度を有し、各層は、10%圧縮において5〜200kPaのDIN EN 826圧縮強度を有し、前記少なくとも2つの層の密度および圧縮強度は異なっており、前記少なくとも2つの層の少なくとも1つは、30%を超えるDIN 53430破断点伸びを有し、各層は、DIN ISO4590−86について平均75〜98%の連続気泡を有し、および任意に、前記少なくとも2つの層の間に接着結合性層を有し、ここで、
A)前記少なくとも2つのフォーム層の少なくとも1つは、10〜45kg/m3のDIN53420密度および30〜200kPaの10%圧縮におけるDIN EN 826圧縮強度を有する不可逆的熱成形性硬質イソシアネート系フォームからなり、該フォーム層A)は、
i)a.ポリオール成分i)のイソシアネート反応性成分の全量を基準に15〜60重量%の、10〜50重量%エチレンオキシド分率を有し、500〜2500g/モルの数平均当量および2〜8の官能価を有するポリエーテルポリオール、
b.ポリオール成分i)のイソシアネート反応性成分の全量を基準に30〜70重量%の、50〜480g/モルの数平均当量および2〜8の官能価を有するポリエーテルポリオール、
c.必要に応じて連鎖延長剤および/または架橋剤、
d.ポリオール成分i)のイソシアネート反応性成分の全量を基準に1〜15重量%の水、および必要に応じてさらなる発泡剤、
e.ポリオール成分i)のイソシアネート反応性成分の全量を基準に0.3〜5重量%の触媒、
f.必要に応じて助剤および/またはアジュバント
からなるポリオール成分、および
ii)g.イソシアネート成分ii)を基準に55〜100重量%の、1:1〜7:1の4,4’−MDI対2,4’−MDIの異性体重量比を有する二官能性ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)、
h.イソシアネート成分ii)を基準に0〜45重量%のジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)の高級同族体
を含んでなるイソシアネート成分
からなる成分の反応から得られ、
B)少なくとも2つのフォーム層はそれぞれ、少なくともISO 10543(クント管)について315〜6350Hzの範囲で1cmの層厚みにおいて20%の平均音吸収を有する、
複合材料部材。 - 音吸収性パネルを製造するための請求項1に記載の複合材料部材の使用。
