Abstract
【効果】ドラム2の投入口2aから投入されたスライスすべき食品Bに遠心力が働き、しかも、テーパー状の内面2cを前進する推進力を発生させるので、従来のようなスライスすべき食品を挟んだり、掴んだりするための様々な機構が不要になる。また、スライスすべき食品を送り出すための機構が不要であるから、食品を最後までスライスすることが可能となる。ドラム2内に姿勢補助部材6が設けられていると、綺麗にスライスできる。

Claims (6)
- 内面が前下がりのテーパー状となっているドラムにスライスすべき食品を投入し、このドラムを回転させることにより、ドラムに投入されたスライスすべき食品に遠心力を付与しつつテーパー状の内面を前進する推進力を発生させ、この推進力を利用してスライスすべき食品を前側から順次スライスすることを特徴とする食品のスライス方法。
- 内面が前下がりのテーパー状となっているドラム内に配置された姿勢補助部材により、ドラムに投入されたスライスすべき食品の姿勢を制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の食品のスライス方法。
- ドラムを高速回転させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の食品のスライス方法。
- 回転可能なドラムの内面を前下がりのテーパー状とし、このドラムを回転させるためのモータを備えるとともに、ドラムに投入されたスライスすべき食品をスライスするための刃物を、前記ドラムのすぐ前に配置したことを特徴とする食品のスライス装置。
- ドラム内に、姿勢補助部材を設けたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の食品のスライス装置。
- ドラムの投入口に向けて前下がりの投入装置を備えたことを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の食品のスライス装置。
