Abstract
【解決手段】レギュレータバルブ42は、ライン圧PHが供給される入力ポート42fと調圧した制御圧DRを供給する出力ポート42eとを連通する油室42dと、油室42d内に軸方向に移動可能に収容され、入力ポート42fと出力ポート42eとの連通量を制御するスプールバルブ42aと、信号圧DRCが供給される信号圧ポート42hを有する信号圧室42gと、信号圧室42gに配置され、前記連通量が増加する方向にスプールバルブ42aを付勢する第1のスプリング42bと、油室42dの信号圧室42gと反対側に配置され、前記連通量が減少する方向にスプールバルブ42aを付勢する第2のスプリング42cとを備える。

Description
以下、本発明の実施形態に係る油圧調整弁を用いたベルト式無段変速機1について図面を参照して説明する。図1に示すように、ベルト式無段変速機1は、駆動源としてのエンジンENGの出力軸と流体式のトルクコンバータ26を介して繋がる変速機入力軸2と、これに平行に配設された変速機カウンタ軸3と、これら両軸2,3の間に配設された金属ベルト機構4と、変速機入力軸2の上に配設された前後進切換機構20とから構成される。
以下、ベルト式無段変速機1に備わる油圧制御回路40について説明する。図2に示すように、油圧制御回路40は、PHレギュレータバルブ41、DRレギュレータバルブ42、DNレギュレータバルブ43、CRバルブ44、4個のリニアソレノイドバルブ(電磁バルブ)45〜48、LCコントロールバルブ49、及びマニュアルバルブ50を備える。
以下、本発明の油圧調整弁の実施形態に係るDR、DNレギュレータバルブ42,43について説明する。DR、DNレギュレータバルブ42,43は同様の構成であるので、以下では、DRレギュレータバルブ42を例に挙げて説明する。また、以下では、DRレギュレータバルブ42を単に「レギュレータバルブ42」ともいう。
Claims (4)
- 油圧が供給される入力ポートと調圧した油圧を供給する出力ポートとを連通する油室と、
前記油室内に軸方向に移動可能に収容され、前記入力ポートと前記出力ポートとの連通量を制御するスプール弁と、
信号圧が供給される信号圧ポートを有する信号圧室と、
前記信号圧室に配置され、前記連通量が増加する方向に前記スプール弁を付勢する第1のスプリングと、
前記油室の前記信号圧室と反対側に配置され、前記連通量が減少する方向に前記スプール弁を付勢する第2のスプリングとを備えたことを特徴とする油圧調整弁。 - 前記第1のスプリングのスプリング荷重は、前記第2のスプリングのスプリング荷重よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧調整弁。
- 前記第1のスプリングのスプリング荷重は、前記第2のスプリングのスプリング荷重と同じであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧調整弁。
- 前記第1のスプリングのスプリング荷重は、前記第2のスプリングのスプリング荷重よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧調整弁。
