Abstract
【解決手段】トルクリミッタ4を,マスリング3に形成される環状のリミッタハウジング12と,このリミッタハウジング12に摩擦係合するフリクションプレート15と,このフリクションプレート15に摩擦係合してマスリング3に連結される加圧板16と,この加圧板16をフリクションプレート15側に付勢するリミッタスプリング17とで構成する一方,スプリングホルダ5を,ダンパハウジング24を画成するように対向すると共にリベット23により相互に結合される一対の第1及び第2ホルダプレート21,22で構成し,第2ホルダプレート22にフリクションプレート15を一体形成した。

Claims (3)
- 入力軸(1)に連結されるドライブプレート(7)にマスリング(3)を連結し,このマスリング(3)にトルクリミッタ(4)を介してスプリングホルダ(5)を連結し,このスプリングホルダ(5)内に,出力軸(2)に連結されるドリブンプレート(13)を配設し,前記スプリングホルダ(5)及びドリブンプレート(13)に跨がって,それらの相対回転により圧縮されるダンパスプリング(6)を配設したトルクリミッタ付きダンパにおいて,
前記トルクリミッタ(4)を,前記マスリング(3)の内周側に形成される環状のリミッタハウジング(12)と,このリミッタハウジング(12)の一側面に一側面を摩擦係合するフリクションプレート(15)と,このフリクションプレート(15)の他側面に摩擦係合して前記マスリング(3)に連結される加圧板(16)と,この加圧板(16)を前記フリクションプレート(15)側に付勢して,前記フリクションプレート(15)と前記マスリング(3)及び加圧板(16)との間に所定の摩擦トルクを発生させ得るリミッタスプリング(17)とで構成する一方,
前記スプリングホルダ(5)を,前記ダンパスプリング(6)及びドリブンプレート(13)を収容するダンパハウジング(24)を画成するように対向すると共にリベット(23)により相互に結合される一対の第1及び第2ホルダプレート(21,22)で構成し,
前記第2ホルダプレート(22)に前記フリクションプレート(15)を一体形成したことを特徴とするトルクリミッタ付きダンパ。 - 請求項1記載のトルクリミッタ付きダンパにおいて,
前記フリクションプレート(15)の外周面に,前記リミッタハウジング(12)の内周面上を摺動して該フリクションプレート(15)の前記マスリング(3)との調心を図る複数の調心突起(36)を形成したことを特徴とするトルクリミッタ付きダンパ。 - 請求項1又は2記載のトルクリミッタ付きダンパにおいて,
前記フリクションプレート(15)及び第2ホルダプレート(22)を,板厚が前記第1ホルダプレート(21)よりも薄い鋼板で構成すると共に,この第2ホルダプレート(22)に複数の環状屈曲部を形成したことを特徴とするトルクリミッタ付きダンパ。
