Abstract
【解決手段】リチウムイオン二次電池100は、ケース10と、電極組立体20と、第1金属板12と、第2金属板14と、絶縁部材16とを備える。電極組立体20は、正極30と、負極40と、セパレータ50とを備える。第1金属板12は正極30と電気的に接続される。第2金属板14は負極40と電気的に接続される。第1金属板12はアルミニウム系金属からなる。第2金属板14は、リチウム電位に対して3V以下でリチウムと合金化しない金属からなる。第1金属板12は正極金属箔30Bよりも厚い。第2金属板14は負極金属箔40Bよりも厚い。第1金属板12の厚みをD1、第2金属板14の厚みをD2とすると、1<D1/D2<2を満たす。

Claims (4)
- ケースと、
前記ケース内に収容された電極組立体と、
前記ケースと前記電極組立体との間に配置された第1金属板と、
前記第1金属板と前記電極組立体との間に配置された第2金属板と、
前記第1金属板と前記第2金属板との間に配置された絶縁部材と、
を備え、
前記電極組立体は、正極と、負極と、前記正極と前記負極との間に配置されたセパレータと、を備え、
前記第1金属板が、前記正極と電気的に接続されており、
前記第2金属板が、前記負極と電気的に接続されており、
前記第1金属板が、アルミニウム系金属からなり、
前記第2金属板が、リチウム電位に対して3V以下でリチウムと合金化しない金属からなり、
前記正極が、正極金属箔と、前記正極金属箔上に設けられた正極活物質層と、を備え、
前記負極が、負極金属箔と、前記負極金属箔上に設けられた負極活物質層と、を備え、
前記第1金属板が前記正極金属箔よりも厚く、
前記第2金属板が前記負極金属箔よりも厚く、
前記第1金属板の厚みをD1、前記第2金属板の厚みをD2とすると、1<D1/D2<2を満たす、リチウムイオン蓄電装置。 - 前記第2金属板の厚みが0.1mm以上である、請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン蓄電装置。
- 前記第2金属板が銅系金属からなる、請求項1又は2に記載のリチウムイオン蓄電装置。
- 1<D1/D2<1.5を満たす、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン蓄電装置。
