Abstract
【解決手段】液晶表示装置は、映像を表示する液晶パネルと、液晶パネルの下部に配置され液晶パネルに光を提供する第1光源と、液晶パネルと第1光源の間に配置され光の輝度を均一にする第1拡散部材と、液晶パネルの下部に配置され液晶パネル上に位置する物体の形状を認識するための感知信号を液晶パネルに向かって放射する第2光源と、液晶パネル内または液晶パネル下部に位置するセンサを含み、物体で反射された感知信号は第1拡散部材を経由せずセンサに感知される。

Claims (22)
- 映像を表示する液晶パネルと、
前記液晶パネルの下部に配置され前記液晶パネルに光を提供する第1光源と、
前記液晶パネルと前記第1光源の間に配置され前記光の輝度を均一にする第1拡散部材と、
前記液晶パネルの下部に配置され前記液晶パネル上に位置する物体の形状を認識するための感知信号を前記液晶パネルに向かって放射する第2光源と、
前記物体から反射された前記感知信号を感知し、前記物体の形状を認識するセンサと、
を含み、前記物体で反射された前記感知信号は前記第1拡散部材を経由せず前記センサに感知される、液晶表示装置。 - 前記センサは前記第1拡散部材上に配置されている、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記センサは前記第1拡散部材に形成されたホール内に挿入されている、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記センサは前記液晶パネルを構成するスイッチング素子と一緒に前記液晶パネル内に形成されている、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記液晶パネルと前記第1拡散部材の間または前記液晶パネル上に配置された第2拡散部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第2拡散部材は前記第1拡散部材より平行透過率(光が拡散部材に入射して透過する時、透過した全体輝度に対する入射方向から5度以内に放射される光の輝度の比率を平行透過率と称す)が高い、請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第2拡散部材の平行透過率は25−35%である、請求項6に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記センサと前記液晶パネルの間の離間距離は100mm以下である、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記感知信号は赤外線または超音波である、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記センサは波長700nm以上の赤外線を感知する赤外線フィルタを具備する、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記液晶パネルは前記液晶パネル上にタッチされた位置を認識するタッチスクリーンパネルである、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 液晶パネルによって映像を表示し、感知信号を利用して前記液晶パネル上に位置する物体の形状を認識し、物体形状情報を提供する液晶表示装置と、
前記物体形状情報の入力を受け信号を処理する中央処理装置と、
を含み、前記液晶表示装置は、映像を表示する液晶パネルと、前記液晶パネルの下部に配置され前記液晶パネルに光を提供する第1光源と、前記液晶パネルと前記第1光源の間に配置され前記光の輝度を均一にする第1拡散部材と、前記液晶パネルの下部に配置され前記液晶パネル上に位置する物体の形状を認識するための感知信号を前記液晶パネルに向かって放射する第2光源、および前記物体から反射された前記感知信号を感知し、前記物体の形状を認識するセンサを含み、
前記物体で反射された前記感知信号は前記第1拡散部材を経由せず前記センサに感知される表示システム。 - 前記センサは前記第1拡散部材上に配置された、請求項12に記載の表示システム。
- 前記センサは前記第1拡散部材に形成されたホール内に挿入された、請求項12に記載の表示システム。
- 前記センサは前記液晶パネルを構成するスイッチング素子と一緒に前記液晶パネル内に形成された、請求項12に記載の表示システム。
- 前記液晶パネルと前記第1拡散部材の間または前記液晶パネル上に配置された第2拡散部材をさらに含み、
前記第2拡散部材は前記第1拡散部材より平行透過率(光が拡散部材に入射して透過する時、透過した全体輝度に対する入射方向から5度以内に放射される光の輝度の比率を平行透過率と称す)が高い、請求項12に記載の表示システム。 - 前記液晶パネル上に位置する物体の形状を認識するための感知信号を液晶パネルを経由して放射する段階と、
前記液晶パネルを多数のアクティブ領域で区切り、前記アクティブ領域別に前記物体に反射された前記感知信号を感知する段階と、
隣接した前記アクティブ領域に対する前記感知信号のうち重畳される部分を補正する段階と、
前記補正された感知信号から前記物体の形状情報を出力する段階と、
を含む液晶表示装置を利用した物体形状の認識方法。 - 前記感知信号を感知する段階は、前記アクティブ領域ごとに前記各アクティブ領域より広い感知領域に対して前記感知信号を感知する段階である、請求項17に記載の液晶表示装置を利用した物体形状の認識方法。
- 前記補正する段階は、前記各アクティブ領域より広い感知領域に対して前記感知信号を感知した後、前記アクティブ領域に対する前記感知信号だけを抽出する、請求項17に記載の液晶表示装置を利用した物体形状の認識方法。
- 前記補正する段階は、
特定アクティブ領域に第1テスト映像を出力する段階と、
前記特定アクティブ領域を除いた残りのアクティブ領域に第2テスト映像を出力する段階と、
前記特定アクティブ領域より広い特定感知領域に対して前記第1および第2テスト映像を感知する段階と、
前記各アクティブ領域に対する前記感知信号のうち前記第2テスト映像の座標に対応する部分を除去する段階と、
を含む、請求項19に記載の液晶表示装置を利用した物体形状の認識方法。 - 前記形状情報を出力する段階は、前記各アクティブ領域に対する前記感知信号のうち前記第1テスト映像の座標に対応する部分を抽出する、請求項20に記載の液晶表示装置を利用した物体形状の認識方法。
- 前記感知信号は赤外線または超音波である、請求項17に記載の液晶表示装置を利用した物体形状の認識方法。
