Abstract
【解決手段】画素電極を含む画素が複数形成された第1基板と、第1基板に対向して配置され、画素電極と対向する一の面に全面的に共通電極70が形成された第2基板と、第2基板の他の面に形成され、内部に複数の切開部を有し第1方向に沿って延長された2つの透明パターンを含む透明パターン対72が、第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿って複数羅列されてなる複数のセンサー電極と、第1基板と前記第2基板との間に介在された液晶層と、を含み、共通電極に印加される交流の共通電圧に対応してセンサー電極に印加される電圧のセンサー電極の静電容量の変化に基づく変化を検出してタッチ位置を感知する。

Claims (11)
- 画素電極を含む画素が複数形成された第1基板と、
前記第1基板に対向して配置され、前記画素電極と対向する一の面に全面的に共通電極が形成された第2基板と、
前記第2基板の他の面に形成され、内部に複数の切開部を有し第1方向に沿って延長された2つの透明パターンを含む透明パターン対が、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿って複数羅列されてなる複数のセンサー電極と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に介在された液晶層と、を含み、
前記共通電極に印加される交流の共通電圧に対応して前記センサー電極に印加される電圧の前記センサー電極の静電容量の変化に基づく変化を検出してタッチ位置を感知することを特徴とするタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。 - 前記透明パターン対は、前記第1方向に沿って一端から前記一端に対応する他端に至るまで漸進的に幅が減少されながら延長される第1パターンと、
前記第1パターンに対応して前記第1方向に沿って前記一端から前記他端に至るまで漸進的に幅が増加されながら延長される第2パターンと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1パターン及び前記第2パターンは、互いに対称な三角形状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。
- 前記切開部は、前記透明パターンそれぞれの内部に均等な間隔で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。
- 前記透明パターン対の各パターンは、互いに対称に配置され、内部にバーブ形態で切開部が形成された三角形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。
- 前記共通電極に印加される電圧により前記共通電圧が変更される時点に対応して、前記センサー電極と連結された検出ラインを介して前記静電容量の変化を検出するためのセンシング信号が供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。
- 前記センシング信号は、前記共通電圧の上昇時点及び下降時点それぞれに同期させて供給されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。
- 前記センシング信号は、前記共通電圧の上昇時点または下降時点に同期させて供給されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。
- 前記センシング信号は、一フレーム内に複数分布する前記共通電圧の変更時点のうち一定の間隔で選択された変更時点に同期化されて供給されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。
- 前記共通電圧が変更される時点に対応して設定されたセンシング期間中に、前記センサー電極それぞれと連結されたすべての検出ラインを介して前記センサー電極での静電容量の変化を同時に検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。
- 前記センサー電極は、同一の平面上に交互に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル一体型液晶表示装置。
