図1を参照し、本実施例1は透明な導電素子10の製造方法を提供する。透明な導電素子10の製造方法は、カーボンナノチューブフィルム100を提供するステップ(S10)と、熱可塑性重合体基板106の表面に、カーボンナノチューブフィルム100を設置するステップ(S20)と、熱可塑性重合体基板106を加熱して軟化させるステップ(S30)と、熱可塑性重合体基板106及びカーボンナノチューブフィルム100を引っ張るステップ(S40)と、軟化された熱可塑性重合体基板106を硬化して、透明な導電素子10を形成するステップ(S50)と、含む。
図4を参照すると、本実施例2は透明な導電素子10の製造方法を提供する。該透明な導電素子10の製造方法は、カーボンナノチューブフィルム100を提供するステップ(S10)と、二つの軟化された熱硬化性重合体基板106の間に、カーボンナノチューブフィルム100を設置するステップ(S20)と、熱硬化性重合体基板106及びカーボンナノチューブフィルム100を引っ張るステップ(S30)と、軟化された熱硬化性重合体基板106を硬化するステップ(S40)と、を含む。

Claims (2)
- カーボンナノチューブフィルムを提供する第一ステップであって、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムは複数のカーボンナノチューブワイヤと複数のカーボンナノチューブを含み、前記複数のカーボンナノチューブワイヤは間隔をあけて並列に設置され、前記複数のカーボンナノチューブは隣接する二つのカーボンナノチューブワイヤを連接している第一ステップと、
熱可塑性重合体基板の表面に、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムを設置する第二ステップと、
熱可塑性重合体基板を加熱して軟化させる第三ステップと、
前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤと垂直する方向に沿って、熱可塑性重合体基板及びカーボンナノチューブフィルムを引っ張る第四ステップと、
軟化された熱可塑性重合体基板を硬化し、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムが引っ張られた後の状態を保持させる第五ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする透明な導電素子の製造方法。 - カーボンナノチューブフィルムを提供する第一ステップであって、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムは複数のカーボンナノチューブワイヤと複数のカーボンナノチューブを含み、前記複数のカーボンナノチューブワイヤは間隔をあけて並列に設置され、前記複数のカーボンナノチューブは隣接する二つのカーボンナノチューブワイヤを連接している第一ステップと、
二つの軟化された熱硬化性重合体基板の間に、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムを設置する第二ステップと、
前記カーボンナノチューブワイヤと垂直する方向に沿って、熱硬化性重合体基板及びカーボンナノチューブフィルムを引っ張る第四ステップと、
軟化された熱硬化性重合体基板を硬化し、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムが引っ張られた後の状態を保持させる第五ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする透明な導電素子の製造方法。
