Abstract
【解決手段】放射性物質収着剤は、長径が0.2〜0.5nmのミクロ孔と、長径が4〜5nmのメソ孔とを有するメソポーラス構造のアルミノ珪酸骨格を有するゼオライト粒子を含有する。非イオン性界面活性剤、イオン性界面活性剤、珪酸原料及びアルミン酸原料を含有する塩基性の水性液を用意し、水性液を焼成してアルミノ珪酸骨格を有するゼオライト粒子を生成することによって、ゼオライト粒子を有する放射性物質収着剤が製造される。

Description
樹脂製ビーカーにイオン交換水252g及びポリエチレングリコール(分子量6000、東京化成社製)11.0gを投入して溶解した。次に、水酸化ナトリウム(片山化学社製)2.5gを加えて十分に溶解した。更に、アルミン酸ナトリウム(住友化学工業社製、NaOH:26.1質量%、Al2O3:18.5質量%、水:55.4質量%)14.3gを加えてよく攪拌し、含水珪酸粉末(日本シリカ工業社製、SiO2:93.3質量%、水:6.7質量%)41.9gを加えた。このスラリーに、イオン性界面活性剤(ジ(2−エチルヘキシル)スルホコハク酸ナトリウム)2.0g及び非イオン性界面活性剤(ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノステアレート、東京化成社製商品名:Tween60)2.0gを加えて、振とう機を用いて60℃で20分間均一に混合した。得られたスラリーを、容量が500mlのステンレス製オートクレーブに投入し、十分に攪拌しながら170℃で71時間加熱した。この後、遠心分離機(3000rpm)によって生成物から水を除去し、蒸留水を用いて十分に洗浄した後に、400℃に加熱して1時間乾燥することによって、白色粉末状の焼成物を得た。
上記試料1の焼成物の調製においてイオン性界面活性剤を使用しなかったこと以外は同様の操作を行って、白色粉末状の焼成物を得た。
上記試料1の焼成物の調製において非イオン性界面活性剤を使用しなかったこと以外は同様の操作を行って、白色粉末状の焼成物を得た。
樹脂製ビーカー中にコロイダルシリカ(触媒化成工業社製商品名:カタロイドSI−40、SiO2濃度:40質量%)15.02gを投入して30分間よく攪拌した。これに、イオン性界面活性剤(ジ(2−エチルヘキシル)スルホコハク酸ナトリウム)0.29g及び非イオン性界面活性剤(ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノステアレート、東京化成社製商品名:Tween60)0.65g及び水0.54mlを加えて、振とう機を用いて60℃で20分間均一に混合した。更に、オルト珪酸テトラエチル(比重0.93、純度95質量%)0.47mlを加えて、60℃で2分間振とう混合した後、0℃に冷却してペースト状の液晶物を得た。
上記試料4の焼成物の調製においてイオン性界面活性剤を使用しなかったこと以外は同様の操作を行って、白色粉末状の焼成物を得た。
参考のために、試料6として、市販品であるA型ゼオライト(東ソー社製商品名:A−4)を用意した。
放射性セシウム除去処理の模擬実験として、「福島第一原子力発電所内汚染水処理技術のための基礎データ収集」(社団法人日本原子力学会バックエンド部会)を参照し、非放射性セシウムを用いて、以下の処理操作を行った。

Claims (8)
- 長径が0.2〜0.5nmのミクロ孔と、長径が4〜5nmのメソ孔とを有するメソポーラス構造のアルミノ珪酸骨格を有するゼオライト粒子を含有する放射性物質収着剤。
- 前記ゼオライト粒子の組成における珪素とアルミニウムとの元素比は、100:5〜50:50である請求項1記載の放射性物質収着剤。
- 少なくとも1種の非イオン性界面活性剤、少なくとも1種のイオン性界面活性剤、珪酸原料及びアルミン酸原料を含有する塩基性の水性液を用意する工程と、
前記水性液を焼成してアルミノ珪酸骨格を有するゼオライト粒子を生成する工程と
を有する放射性物質収着剤の製造方法。 - 前記水性液に含まれる珪酸原料とアルミン酸原料との割合は、前記珪酸原料及びアルミン酸原料に含まれる珪素とアルミニウムとの元素比が100:5〜50:50となる割合であり、前記焼成において、前記水性液は、加圧下で100〜200℃に加熱される請求項3に記載の放射性物質収着剤の製造方法。
- 前記焼成において、前記水性液は攪拌しながら加熱される請求項4に記載の放射性物質収着剤の製造方法。
- 更に、焼成したゼオライト粒子を水洗する工程と、水洗したゼオライトを300〜500℃に加熱することにより、乾燥すると共に残留界面活性剤を除去する工程とを有する請求項3〜5の何れかに記載の放射性物質収着剤の製造方法。
- 前記イオン性界面活性剤は、アニオン性界面活性剤である請求項3〜6の何れかに記載の放射性物質収着剤の製造方法。
- 前記イオン性界面活性剤は、アンモニウム基、ホスホニウム基又はアルソニウム基を有し、前記非イオン性界面活性剤は、親水性部分としてポリオキシエチレン鎖を有し、疎水性部分として、ポリオキシプロピレン鎖、アルキル鎖、ポリオキシブチレン鎖及び置換アリール鎖からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を有するブロック共重合体を含む請求項3〜6の何れかに記載の放射性物質収着剤の製造方法。
