Abstract
【解決手段】 赤外線の入射及び出射のいずれかまたは双方を行う赤外線装置2を筐体10内に収容した赤外線機器1において、筐体10には、可視光を非透過とし、かつ赤外光のみを透過する赤外透過窓部12が設けられるが、その赤外透過窓部12には、近赤外線レーザー溶着に用いる近赤外線レーザーを透過する側の光透過性樹脂と当該レーザーを受けると発熱・溶融する光吸収性樹脂とのうち、光透過性樹脂が用いられる。

Claims (6)
- 赤外線の入射及び出射のいずれかまたは双方を行う赤外線装置(2)を筐体(10)内に収容した赤外線機器(1)であって、
前記筐体(10)には、赤外光を透過する赤外透過窓部(12)が設けられ、当該赤外透過窓部(12)には、近赤外線レーザー溶着に用いる近赤外線レーザーを透過する側の光透過性樹脂と当該レーザーを受けると発熱して溶融する光吸収性樹脂とのうち、光透過性樹脂が用いられることを特徴とする赤外線機器(1)。 - 前記筐体(10)には、前記赤外透過窓部(12)を除く筐体本体部(11)に、前記光吸収性樹脂が用いられ、前記赤外透過窓部(12)と前記筐体本体部(11)とが前記近赤外線レーザー溶着により接合固定されている請求項1に記載の赤外線機器(1)。
- 前記筐体(10)は、前記赤外線装置(2)が収容される筐体内部(10S)が密閉状態となるよう、前記赤外透過窓部(12)と前記筐体本体部(11)とが接合固定されている請求項2に記載の赤外線機器(1)。
- 前記光透過性樹脂と前記光吸収性樹脂とは主となる樹脂材料が共通である請求項2又は請求項3に記載の赤外線機器。
- 前記赤外透過窓部(12)は、前記赤外線装置(2)を搭載した前記筐体本体部(11)に対し、該赤外線装置(2)が筐体内部(10S)に収容されるよう接合固定される請求項2ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の赤外線機器。
- 前記筐体本体部(11)は、上面側に前記赤外線装置(2)が設けられて前記筐体(10)の底部を形成する一方、前記赤外透過窓部(12)は、前記底部(11)の外周側から上方に延出する筒状壁部(11A)と、前記筒状壁部(12A)の上端側にて前記底部(11)に対し筐体内部空間を挟んで対向する上端部(12B)とが設けられて前記筐体(10)の蓋部をなす請求項5に記載の赤外線機器。
