Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の太陽電池は、有機材料が含まれる発電材を含浸した多孔質シート11と、発電材を含浸した多孔質シート11の上下各面に設けられた電極12,13とを備える。多孔質シート11が一定の厚さを有することにより、電極12,13間の距離が一定に保たれる。多孔質シート11には和紙、洋紙、パルプ繊維、化学繊維の何れかを用いる。

Claims (4)
- 有機材料が含まれる発電材を含浸した多孔質シートと、
上記発電材を含浸した多孔質シートの上下各面に設けられた電極と、
を備える、太陽電池。 - 前記多孔質シートが一定の厚さを有することにより、前記電極間の距離が一定に保たれる、請求項1に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記多孔質シートが、和紙、洋紙、パルプ繊維、化学繊維の何れかである、請求項1に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記電極は透明金属膜で成るか又は金属粉末、導電性のナノ材料を分散させた樹脂で成る、請求項1に記載の太陽電池。
