Abstract
【解決手段】固定子と、回転子(14)と、インペラー(70)とを含むブラシ付き回転装置(10)を開示する。回転装置は、整流子(16)とブラシ(52)とを収容し、使用されたブラシから生成される屑の幾らかを受け入れるチャンバ(48)を含む。インペラーは、回転装置の一端部(84)から空気を吸入し、回転装置の作動時に生成される熱を消散させ、さらにブラシと整流子との整流接触によって生成された屑を運ぶか又は攪拌する。回転装置は、インペラーの排出口(808B)と連通する流路(72)を含み、空気流中の屑をトラップする吸着又は濾過部品(88)を収容する。

Claims (10)
- 軸と、回転子コアと、前記軸に取り付けられた整流子とを含む回転子、
前記回転子を囲むハウジング組立体、
前記回転子の軸に機械的に取り付けられ、前記整流子に隣接し、前記回転子コアから離れた位置にあるインペラー組立体、
前記整流子に隣接する前記ハウジング組立体の第1端部に取り付けられ、少なくとも一つの開口が形成されたベースと、前記少なくとも一つの開口の周の周りで前記ベースから前記回転子の軸の軸線方向に延びて、前記回転子の前記整流子を囲む側壁と、前記ベースに取り付けられた複数のブラシホルダーとを含む、端部キャップ組立体、
及び、
前記端部キャップ組立体の前記複数のブラシホルダー内に配置され、前記回転子の前記整流子と滑り接触する複数のブラシ、
を備えることを特徴とする、ブラシ付き回転装置。 - 前記端部キャップ組立体がさらに、前記インペラー組立体の排出部と連通する第1端部を有する流路を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブラシ付き回転装置。
- 前記流路の少なくとも一部に沿って配置された吸着又は濾過部品をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のブラシ付き回転装置。
- 前記インペラーが、前記端部キャップ組立体の前記ベース内の前記少なくとも一つの開口のみを通して、前記ハウジング組立体内の前記整流子を囲む領域と流体的に連通することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のブラシ付き回転装置。
- 前記流路が、前記端部キャップ組立体の周方向に沿って、前記インペラー組立体の下流側に配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のブラシ付き回転装置。
- 前記回転装置の前記軸を支持する第1ベアリングを受け、前記軸の軸線方向に沿って前記整流子の方向に延びて整流接触部分の少なくとも一部を覆うシートフランジを含む第1ベアリングシートを、さらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブラシ付き回転装置。
- 前記インペラー組立体が、
前記ハウジング組立体内で前記整流子に近い方の前記インペラー組立体の端部に配置された吸入口と、
複数の空気通路を定める複数のブレードと、
を備え、前記複数の空気通路の各々が、隣り合って位置する2つのブレードの間に定められることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブラシ付き回転装置。 - 第2チャンバが前記ハウジング組立体の内部に配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のブラシ付き回転装置。
- 一又はそれ以上の開口を含み、前記ハウジング組立体の前記第1端部とは反対側の第2端部に取り付けられた枠を有し、前記一又はそれ以上の開口が、前記ハウジング組立体内で前記インペラー組立体の空気吸入口と連通することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブラシ付き回転装置。
- 前記インペラー組立体が、遠心式のインペラーからなり、
複数のブレードと、
前記複数のブレードの一方の側に配置され、前記回転子の前記回転子コアに隣接し、前記インペラー組立体の空気吸入口を形成する湾曲部分を有するインペラーカバーと、
をさらに含み、前記インペラーカバーの前記空気吸入口の少なくとも一部が、前記端部キャップ組立体の前記ベース内の前記少なくとも一つの開口内に配置された
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブラシ付き回転装置。
