Description

一种带挡雨板的电机 技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种带挡雨板的电机,属于电机技术领域。
背景技术:
许多室外应用的电机需要内置挡雨板,来阻止水或其他的污染物,可能进入开孔或通气孔,这些孔允许冷空气经过电机,不接触转子、通电绕组或其他的罩在电机内部的电气元件。通常已知提供一个漏斗状的挡雨板,置于电机外壳内,靠近外壳中的排气孔。雨水或某些其他的污染物若是进入排气孔,挡雨板就阻止雨水或某些其他的污染物达到通电元件,尤其是转子和通电绕组。
但是现有内置挡雨板的电机普遍存在如下几个问题:
1)有时会引起发热的排出气循环返回到进气孔,因此就降低了电机的冷却效率,并且会由于排出气气流方向的突然改变,导致压力降低,这就减少了气流总量。
2)现有的挡雨板不能始终充分地罩护转子、通电绕组、轴承等,容易使其暴露到雨水或其他的污染物中,缩短电气元件的使用寿命。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带挡雨板的电机,防止雨水或类似物可能进入机壳中的出风孔,接触转轴的轴承和位于机壳内的电气部件,并且能最大程度地减小从出风孔排出的空气循环返回到机壳的进风孔的可能,从而提高电机的冷却效率。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种带挡雨板的电机,包括转轴、转子组件、定子组件、机壳、端盖和挡雨板,转子组件安装在转轴上,定子组件和机壳安装在一起并嵌套在转子组件外面,端盖安装在机壳的端部上,转轴两端分别支承在端盖的轴承上,其中定子组件至少包括定子铁芯和卷绕安装在定子铁芯上的线圈绕组,在机壳两端分别开设有多个进风孔和出风孔,所述的挡雨板呈圆环状,包括外环部分和从外 环部分内侧边缘上轴向延伸出的内环部分,外环部分套设于开设有出风孔一端的机壳里面,内环部分在定子铁芯端部的线圈绕组与出风孔之间延伸,内环部分围在定子铁芯端部的线圈绕组外面并且遮挡着所述的出风孔。
上述所述的进风孔和出风孔分别位于机壳的前端和后端上,并且进风孔和出风孔位于机壳相同的一侧。
上述所述的内环部分上开设有缺口。
上述所述的在定子铁芯的外侧边缘上周向开设有若干通气孔,外环部分支承在定子铁芯的端面上,并且在外环部分上周向开设有若干通风孔,通风孔与所述的通气孔连通。
上述所述的在定子铁芯的外壁与机壳的内壁之间形成有若干缝隙,通风孔与所述缝隙连通。
上述所述的在外环部分的外侧边缘上轴向延伸出突起部分,突起部分与机壳的内壁紧密配合在一起。
上述所述的在机壳里面、转轴的前端部上安装有电机风扇
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下效果:
1)挡雨板呈圆环状,包括外环部分和从外环部分内侧边缘上轴向延伸出的内环部分,外环部分套设于开设有出风孔一端的机壳里面,内环部分在定子铁芯端部的线圈绕组与出风孔之间延伸,内环部分围在定子铁芯端部的线圈绕组外面并且遮挡着所述的出风孔,防止雨水或类似物可能进入机壳中的出风孔,接触转轴的轴承和位于机壳内的电气部件,并且能最大程度地减小从出风孔排出的空气循环返回到机壳的进风孔的可能,从而提高电机的冷却效率。
2)进风孔和出风孔分别位于机壳的前端和后端上,并且进风孔和出风孔位于机壳相同的一侧,可以更好的防止雨水或类似物可能进入机壳中的出风孔,接触转轴的轴承和位于机壳内的电气部件。
3)内环部分上开设有缺口,便于从外环部分上通风孔流过的空气从所述缺口流出,从而提高电机的散热效率。
4)在定子铁芯的外侧边缘上周向开设有若干通气孔,外环部分支承在定子铁芯的端面上,并且在外环部分上周向开设有若干通风孔,通风孔与所述的通气孔连通,在定子铁芯的外壁与机壳的内壁之间形成有若干缝隙,通风孔与所述缝隙连通,从通气孔和缝隙流过的空气能有效带走定子组件在运行过程中所产生的热量,从而达到对定子组件散热冷却的目的。
5)在外环部分的外侧边缘上轴向延伸出突起部分,突起部分与机壳的内壁紧密配合在一起,结构简单,确保挡雨板安装的牢靠性。

具体实施方式:
下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
如图1、图2、图3、图4和图5所示,本实施例是一种带挡雨板的电机,包括转轴1、转子组件2、定子组件3、机壳4、端盖5和挡雨板6,转子组件2安装在转轴1上,定子组件3和机壳4安装在一起并嵌套在转子组件2外面,端盖5安装在机壳4的端部上,转轴1两端分别支承在端盖5的轴承上,在机壳4里面、转轴1的前端部上安装有电机风扇7,其中定子组件3至少包括定子铁芯31和卷绕安装在定子铁芯31上的线圈绕组32,在机壳4两端分别开设有多个进风孔41和出风孔42,所述的挡雨板6呈圆环状,包括外环部分61和从外环部分61内侧边缘上轴向延伸出的内环部分62,外环部分61套设于开设有出风孔42一端的机壳4里面,内环部分62在定子铁芯31端部的线圈绕组32与出风孔42之间延伸,内环部分62围在定子铁芯31端部的线圈绕组32外面并且遮挡着所述的出风孔42。在外环部分61的外侧边缘上轴向延伸出突起部分 611,突起部分611与机壳4的内壁紧密配合在一起。
进风孔41和出风孔42分别位于机壳4的前端和后端上,并且进风孔41和出风孔42位于机壳4相同的一侧。内环部分62上开设有缺口620。在定子铁芯31的外侧边缘上周向开设有若干通气孔310,外环部分61支承在定子铁芯31的端面上,并且在外环部分61上周向开设有若干通风孔610,通风孔610与所述的通气孔310连通。在定子铁芯31的外壁与机壳4的内壁之间形成有若干缝隙40,通风孔610与所述缝隙40连通。
当电机运转时,电机风扇7转动产生负压,位于机壳4前端进风孔41外侧的空气经进风孔41进入机壳4里面,所述空气经开设在定子铁芯31外侧边缘上的若干通气孔310和在定子铁芯31的外壁与机壳4的内壁之间形成有若干缝隙40流向电机的后端,再经外环部分61上的若干通风孔610后从机壳4后端出风孔41往外流出,并且还有部分空气从内环部分62上的缺口620和内环部分62顶部的开口流过后从机壳4后端出风孔41往外流出。从而实现整机的散热冷却。
以上实施例为本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,其他任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种带挡雨板的电机,包括转轴(1)、转子组件(2)、定子组件(3)、机壳(4)、端盖(5)和挡雨板(6),转子组件(2)安装在转轴(1)上,定子组件(3)和机壳(4)安装在一起并嵌套在转子组件(2)外面,端盖(5)安装在机壳(4)的端部上,转轴(1)两端分别支承在端盖(5)的轴承上,其中定子组件(3)至少包括定子铁芯(31)和卷绕安装在定子铁芯(31)上的线圈绕组(32),在机壳(4)两端分别开设有多个进风孔(41)和出风孔(42),其特征在于:所述的挡雨板(6)呈圆环状,包括外环部分(61)和从外环部分(61)内侧边缘上轴向延伸出的内环部分(62),外环部分(61)套设于开设有出风孔(42)一端的机壳(4)里面,内环部分(62)在定子铁芯(31)端部的线圈绕组(32)与出风孔(42)之间延伸,内环部分(62)围在定子铁芯(31)端部的线圈绕组(32)外面并且遮挡着所述的出风孔(42)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带挡雨板的电机,其特征在于:进风孔(41)和出风孔(42)分别位于机壳(4)的前端和后端上,并且进风孔(41)和出风孔(42)位于机壳(4)相同的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带挡雨板的电机,其特征在于:内环部分(62)上开设有缺口(620)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种带挡雨板的电机,其特征在于:在定子铁芯(31)的外侧边缘上周向开设有若干通气孔(310),外环部分(61)支承在定子铁芯(31)的端面上,并且在外环部分(61)上周向开设有若干通风孔(610),通风孔(610)与所述的通气孔(310)连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种带挡雨板的电机,其特征在于:在定子铁芯(31)的外壁与机壳(4)的内壁之间形成有若干缝隙(40),通风孔(610)与所述缝隙(40)连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种带挡雨板的电机,其特征在于:在外环部分(61)的外侧边缘上轴向延伸出突起部分(611),突起部分(611)与 机壳(4)的内壁紧密配合在一起。
  7. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种带挡雨板的电机,其特征在于:在机壳(4)里面、转轴(1)的前端部上安装有电机风扇(7)。
