Abstract
【解決手段】電線の導体が挿入されて接続される円筒状の電線接続部21,31と、電線接続部を被取付部材に取り付ける平板状の取付部22,32を備えた端子部材2,3を2つ一組で重ねた状態で使用される電線の接続端子1において、2つの端子部材は、一方の取付部に他方の取付部を載置し、一方の係合部25(25a)と他方の被係合部35(35a)を相互に係合させた状態で重ねられ、係合部は、一方の取付部を平行に突出させ、突出端を他方の取付部側へ屈曲させて形成し、被係合部は、他方の取付部を係合部とは反対方向へ屈曲させ、屈曲端を他方の取付部と平行に突出させて形成し、係合部は、屈曲部分25cに被係合部の突出部分35dを挿入して係合する開口25dを有し、屈曲部分の先端を他方の取付部よりも突出させない構成とする。

Claims (2)
- 電線の導体が挿入されて接続される円筒状の電線接続部と、前記電線接続部を被取付部材に取り付ける平板状の取付部を備えた端子部材を2つ一組で重ねた状態で使用される電線の接続端子であって、
2つの端子部材は、一方の端子部材の取付部に他方の端子部材の取付部を載置し、前記一方の端子部材に設けられた係合部と前記他方の端子部材に設けられた被係合部を相互に係合させた状態で重ねられており、
前記係合部は、前記一方の端子部材の取付部を該取付部と平行に突出させるとともに、突出端を前記他方の端子部材の取付部側へ屈曲させて形成され、
前記被係合部は、前記他方の端子部材の取付部を前記係合部とは反対方向へ屈曲させるとともに、屈曲端を該他方の端子部材の取付部と平行に突出させて形成され、
前記係合部は、屈曲部分に前記被係合部の突出部分を挿入して係合する開口を有し、前記屈曲部分の先端が前記他方の端子部材の取付部よりも突出しないように立設されていることを特徴とする接続端子。 - 前記2つの端子部材は、板材を円筒状に折り曲げ加工することで前記電線接続部が成形されているとともに、折り曲げ加工された前記板材の折り返し部分が平板状に重畳されて前記取付部が成形されており、
前記他方の端子部材の取付部には、重畳された前記板材の縁を固定する固定片が設けられ、
前記固定片は、前記重畳された板材のうち、前記一方の端子部材の取付部とは反対側に位置する一方の板材の縁から連続して他方の板材に重ねられるように屈曲され、重畳された板材同士を固定していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続端子。
